Used to come here a lot, service has gone done quite a bit. Ordered a smoothie at 5:51pm, waited 15 mins and asked the cash lady as to where is my order and she said 2 mins. 5 more minutes pass and I'm still waiting. Had to request a refund to even get them to actually take my order seriously. Definitely won't be going to this location again.

I had not been here in donkeys' years. Rarely in this neck of the woods, thought I'd check it out again.
Big improvements especially for culinary options available ESPECIALLY for Asian food offerings. There's a T&T there too.
Clean-ish, usual overheated type mall but much better than before.
Not bad eh, Fairview. Even the washroom was clean.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 29, 2022
My wife and I were having a lazy Saturday and decided to go to Fairview Mall to spend a few hours there (and see if we could find any great sales prior to Christmas). When we arrived, we noted how clean the mall was, and how big it was as well. There were shops for basically everyone and everything you can imagine -- from cheap shoes/clothing to more high-end stores.
As we went a few weeks prior to Christmas, the mall had decorated itself with some Christmas-y items, such as a big decorated tree and a reindeer covered with lights. If we're having another lazy day, we'll definitely be venturing back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Leonard E.Toronto, Canada0174323286Dec 30, 2022Updated review
My sweetie has dragged me along to go shopping at CF Fairview Mall post-Christmas blues.
Lots of sale signs and deals in most stores!
Soldier on...Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0Feb 10, 2022Previous reviewI don't frequent this mall but today was just my second visit. The entrance off Sheppard seems to drive me crazy compared to other CF properties.
Anyhow, it's very clean, well maintained and has good ambiance except for the vendors that set up in the middle of the corridors and try to get your attention.
The decorations for the Lunar New Year of the Tiger are beautiful!
Plenty of big name stores make a home here along with a large variety of food venues too. I will return more often to further browse this mall. - Marie A.Toronto, Canada695Sep 22, 2023Updated review
Awful way to park and use elevator at Fairview Mall 6:30pm Thursday Sept 21st. Always dirty stairwells and elevators. Don't go here unless you must.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 12, 2023Previous reviewMarshalls in Fairview mall has consistently been understocked, always has bare shelves, always messy and very dirty (re floors, dust and dirt on majority of items). I keep checking weekly for something-anything better, but have given up completely.

Fairview has really stepped it up recently. As of 2022 some new stores I noticed are Oak&Fort, Hugo Boss, Lululemon - at one point so many stores at Fairview were closing down and now it seems to be picking up again!
Always decorated nicely in the holidays. Definitely one of my go-to malls!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 8, 2021Updated review
The mall is undergoing renovations which I think are timely. They finally closed the washroom by Aroma which was old & frankly smelled bad. I'm looking forward to see what other renovations they will make to the mall. Hopefully it will be as nice as Yorkdale mall someday. But not likely because the square footage for this mall is smaller even if it does expand. It would be nice to see some other clothing brands in this mall like Loft. I think the proportion of shoe shops in this mall is more than clothing shops. LOL.
Part of the mall is still closed due to covid, such as the food court seating area. There are also areas to line up outside of stores as stores are limiting capacity.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Feb 14, 2017Previous reviewBringing the rating down a notch. The food court is always super busy & there are never enough free seats. They need more seating there. Also, the washrooms near the food court had several stalls that were out of order. These washrooms need a renovation. Some broken hand dryers too.
Oct 4, 2016Previous reviewFairview Mall is good lately. Some new shops have been popping up. Lush is now here as well as Saje. David's Tea is coming. I just wish they would open a Loft or Ann Taylor here too! Though the mall is looking better they still need to renovate the washrooms on the main floor near the Godiva Chocolates. Also the food court is always way too busy. Food court needs an expansion. Another thing, more benches! On a busy weekend those benches get filled up quick!
Mar 23, 2010Previous reviewFairview Mall has made improvements. Though it's not yet as great as Eaton Centre or Yorkdale Mall. It's getting there! What it's lacking in terms of women's wear is a Banana Republic store.

The mall itself is good.
The food court remodel is nice too.
It's just unfortunate that the smell of the garbage area is so strong, likely due to the amount of time those trails of garbage juice you can see through the doors to the back hallways have been left to fester, that you're able to smell it from the end of the line for McDonalds (which is pretty long)
I guess I benefit from feeling so sick to my stomach from the smell that I didn't end up having to wait in the line, I just left.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tani L.San Francisco, CA01Jul 24, 2023
The shoe return policy is at the lowest level, I never thought that such a large company does not respect its customers.
If you do NOT buy their shoes online, then you will never have any guarantee and you will lose your money. All lies about 30 days of return, you can return them only if you did not wear them. The fact that they write about a 30-day probation period is a complete lie.
I bought sneakers and they started causing pain in the area of my right ankle. I said that the product was defective, the store refused to return the money 2 days after the purchase. On the phone, they will tell you that they will go to the right department, but in fact you get to the very beginning. Online chat only works with online purchases.
NEVER buy nike. The worst company. If you buy it at the nike fairview mall Toronto you will never receive any refundHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Cathaleya C.Naperville, IL4728940Jun 30, 2023
I came here from out of town looking for something to do. Browsing around was the only thing I had in mind when I got here. I was actually really happy to see that there are stores here that we don't have in the U.S. We visited Reiwatakiya. Then we saw Miniso and picked up a few things from there. We have a Sephora locally but decided to get a few items from there because the USD is strong right now.
The crowds are minimal and the mall is a good size. Overall, had more than what we came for.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
