Central Station

I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time and I was so happy that I got a chance to because I had a wonderful experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We placed our order and the lady working the register was kind, patient and friendly. We were given a number to put on our table, so we found a place to sit and we just took in the decor and charm this place has to offer! I love how they decorated for St. Patrick's Day. The salad, broccoli salad, crab soup and panini were all delicious!!! I can't wait to come back to try a sweet bakery item!

Very cute inside and outside the restaurant. Our food was fantastic. We had a good club sandwich, burger, Mac and cheese, and the chocolate cake was divine. The meatloaf sandwich, potato salad and chewy bar had rave reviews from my husband. Our service was very friendly and I'm looking forward to going back.

I wish I lived in Springfield because of Central Station!!

While shopping on the main street that cuts through this tiny town, we saw a cute cafe with a big front porch. Unfortunately we arrived a bit too late as they were closing. The gentleman we spoke to was gracious and kind, so much so, we returned another day a bit earlier.

The walk up counter is pretty straight forward. The variety of sandwiches and salads were diverse and interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The sandwiches were big and beautiful. My salad was bright and fresh. I loved the vinaigrette. The sandwich wraps looked so good, I'm still thinking about them.

The connecting dining room was so pretty. Vintage tables and various seating created an atmosphere of relaxed elegance. We decided to enjoy our lunch out on the big front porch as an ode to southern hospitality.

I loved my experience here and think Central Station is the perfect representation for this adorable town.

The Dessert is good but it's a hit and miss with the food .I would go some place else. One time I picked up my rice with my fork it was so stuck together and the vegetables One time they were cooked Great. The other time they were so Mushy you couldn't tell what it was. and some stuff is soooo salty.my son wanted a burger Medium he got it well done and Burnt around the edges.

This little place feels like it's straight out of a Hallmark Movie set. The place is so quaint and the staff was very sweet. They have a pastry display full of SO many yummy dessert and also have a decent size menu. Everything we had was very delicious! I had a chicken sandwich - the marinate and fresh bun made the sandwich extra special. My mom had the meatloaf sandwich with fresh bread - she said it's the best sandwich she's ever had! The apple tart... O.M.G. the crust was flaky and the filling was perfect. The outdoor seating was so nice overlooking the cute town of Springfield. Seriously, everything was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back.

The food was fresh made and tasted great. We ordered lunch rather than enjoy the breakfast buffet which was currently being served. I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. We will be back.

Brand new!! This place is so cute and tasty!! You walk in to a clean, sunny space to find pleasant staff. The bathroom is clean and sweetly decorated.
We tried the meatloaf sandwich and the taco salad. The meatloaf sandwich came in buttered and toasted bread. The meatloaf was a pleasant, smooth blend of flavors and the right amount of juicy. They do not skimp on the meat! The taco salad was a wonderful mix of all your favorite Mexican flavors. The black beans and roasted corn mix gave a good compliment to the flavors. The cilantro and lime dressing was the perfect topping. You will not leave hungry if you have this salad.

My family and I tried them for the first time. We had their roast beef and provolone wrap. It was outstanding!!!! The place itself was nicely decorated and the staff were amazing. I'll definitely be going back!!!!!!!!
