I took an iphone here and I needed a new screen as it was cracked just a bit to much. I was getting a new phone through T-Mobile but had to turn over my old phone to take advantage of the promotion. The screen was put on so poorly that it covered part of the home/thumb print button! Luckily I took my phone over to T-Mobile and with a new screen on it qualified for the promotion.

The people who work here are very friendly and seem to really know what they are talking about. The feeling you have when you walk in the store is that you must be in the right place- these guys seem like real experts.

Had the Cellular Repair Center been staffed by idiots who couldn't answer any questions I would have expected the results I received. The person who handed my phone back to me did it knowing it was an awful job and probably never should have made it to my hands. I repeat, if the employees did not seem very knowledgeable I would have expected poor workmanship

So here is the deal. If all you care about it is price I think they are pretty reasonable however if you hope your new screen will be as nice as your old screen- HaHa that ain't gonna happen.

I may suggest getting a price from the Apple store at the mall before leaving your phone here to possibly get jacked up.

When you are without your phone for several hours while it's getting repaired the last thing you have patience for is waiting longer while the poor first repair is repaired. I believe that if I wanted to wait another several hours they would have made the situation right. With the belief they could have corrected the poor workmanship I am left to wonder why they would have handed the phone back to me with it being such poor work? Why do awful work when you could do it right the first time and why hand the phone back when it was obviously awful work?

Had my iPhone 7 screen replaced here and after that it does not feel right. The screen edges stick out and don't feel or look flush with the frame. The phone also feels heavier then it did before. Not sure if it the parts these guys use or a faulty installation. I've had my screen replaced 3 times and it always was fine. Would not recommend using this shop.

To be honest I don't know how to rate my experience here. I purchased a cord for my phone, I was told if i had a problem I could return it within ten days. That being say two days later I came back because it would not charge me device. There were different people working this time. The young man wanted to plug up my phone to see what happens, I was not okay with that knowing that it didn't working , I was not willing to put my phone at risk to satisfy his curiosity. Next he took my phone looked at the port said it was damaged and that's why the cord wasn't working. I explained is charges find on my original cord the reason I was purchasing a new cord was my old cord has a short from long time use. He offered me and new cord but told me, he couldn't refund my money because my port was damaged.
He wanted me to tell if if the cord worked, at this point I was totally disinterested I'll just take the $10.00 loss and never come back.

Excellent place for phone screen replacements. It seems like they frequently run specials based on whatever phone model you have. Price quoted by the repair tech Dillon for iPhone 6: $50 for glass screen replacement, $85 for glass screen plus underlying Retina display replacement.

Neighboring replacement centers can charge upwards of $100 for these sorts of things. And the turnover time is 30-45 minutes, which is excellent. Most customers wind up going to Leeza's Cafe in the same complex to kill the wait time. In any regard, this center does excellent work for all of us clumsy and gravity challenged types.

I was in dire need of having my screen fixed and Miles was so awesome! He helped me out and enjoyed doing so. Such great customer service and speed! Thanks Miles and Cellular Repair Center!

I had repaired my iphone xs here. The front and the back. I would not recommend these guys. After I got my phone from them I realized that my portrait mode is not working. I was so busy with my Masters that I could go to show the damage.After three weeks when I finally went, they did not replace or repair. They has supposedly repaired my front screen but guess what I cannot see my display. I made a very big mistake by taking my phone to these guys for repair. I wish I had gone to the apple store at twelve oaks and paid extra 200 dollars and could have got a replacement.

Went in to get my screen fixed to turn my phone back into Sprint so wasn't looking to spend a lot of money. Thought I just needed the glass fixed but a few keys on my keyboard/LCD screen weren't working so explained that I needed my LCD and glass fixed. I wasn't happy because it was more money but nicely explained that I was just doing this to turn it into Sorint. The guys were so nice even asking which sprint I go to telling me how picky certain stores are about the trade-ins. I did end up getting the LCD/glass done and Dillon gave me a great deal and they were very fast. Phone looks great and works perfectly - almost don't want to turn it in now!! Definitely would recommend and if I have another problem (hopefully I don't) I will ABSOLUTELY be returning!

Overall - friendly, fast, honest, and very well priced!!!

I got my screen fixed at this place 2 months ago, and it's not broken or anything but half of the screen stopped working for whatever reason so I assumed they will change it for me for Free since it's only been 2 months and the screen isn't even broken they just gave me a messed up cheap screen and charged me $155 (even tho they advertised it for $100) but I said whatever long as it's worth the service. I'm sad to inform you it's not worth the service I could've paid an extra $50 and got my screen fixed at Apple and would of had a warranty on it forever. This place is a scam and I don't recommend it at all, even tho the prices are cheap but the material they use are shit. You're better off paying an extra $80 for a good repair that will last you more than two months than get scammed by them. I swear my phone was workin better before I brought it in, but go ahead and test them from your own pocket...

I'm here right now Dillon did a great job fixing my iPhone 7 Plus screen found them on google but decided to give them 5 star yelp review it only took them 30 minutes to fix my phone and install the temper glass for me for only $20 everyone must come see this place they do a great job I am absolutely amazed on how my phone looks right now because of them. I want to say thank you over again and again. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Had my iPad repaired here today. Happy to say things are back to normal. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The repair took less than an hour and I was on my way. It was a pleasure to do business here. Thanks to Jacob and Miles for being so polite and attentive!!
