Rude and unprofessional. I tried going there 3 times thinking maybe they just had a busy day. NOPE .... That's just them. This last time was plain and simple, simply needed new suit jacket pressed. I came back and there was still a large fold line , I asked to have repressed , he tried to insist it was fine because will wrinkle anyway ‍. The cleaners across street said he hears that about them all the time and when I went to tailor next to them she said same thing. I guess reviews are important after all

They refused to dry clean my suit that someone vomited on. Slight amount of splatter from another person. They wouldn't touch it. Went across the street to ocean cleaners and they accepted it and will do their best to clean it.

The absolute worst dry-cleaner I have ever been done business with.

I began to notice a few small rips in my dress shirts appearing that they had been ironed on too hot of a setting. The cleaners of course blamed it on normal wear and tear. Since I couldn't prove it I continued to bring clothes here to the tune of $50-$100 a week for a few more trips, huge mistake!

Things came to a head tonight when I picked up a shirt that they ruined, repaired, and tried to pass off without me noticing! The owners explanation was that I had to have taken it somewhere else and that I was lying! It still had there tags on it!

I should have listened to all of the other horror stories and taken my business else where.

I took a shirt to be dry cleaned that I had won 3 times. After dropping it off my wife went back a few days later to pick up some other items. They returned my shirt with strange rips in each of the arms saying that we gave it to them like that. The rips were even on each arm and there were about 5 rip lines on each. It was obviously one of their machines. When confronted about it they denied any wrong doing and told me it was from sweaty armpits. Ya, they actually said that. Never mind that I only wore the shirt 3 times or that the rips were no where near the arm pits. DON'T use this cleaner. They are unethical and unprofessional.

I have to praise some incredibly effective irons. So effective, they were able to take the wrinkles out of a seersucker sport coat, which is hard to do. Five star effort, zero star result. Zero is all the value of my sport coat.

I have taken items to be altered on several occasions and have always been very happy with their friendliness, professionalism, quality and pricing.

Clothes came back smelling SO musty. Almost like that smell if you leave wet clothes sitting in the dryer for 5 days before actually drying them. I've been coming here for years for my nice clothes and they did great. BUT the last 2 times all my dry cleaned items smelled so musty I couldn't wear them. I brought one of the items back to show the owner and she kept trying to say bc I tired them on that I caused them to smell that way. Completely ridiculous. Terrible customer care. I will not go back.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. I was waiting for someone outside this location with my engine off and one of the staff claimed that the exhaust from my vehicle was going into the shop. At the same time, there was a guy with a 2 stroke engine leaf blower, blowing leaves around. The fumes were from that. Besides dry cleaning fumes are noxious. To claim that the exhaust from my vehicle with the engine off was causing fumes to go into his shop is laughable.

Janet and Crew are amazing. Our clothes are always fresh and clean. We have gone here for years and would recommend their cleaning services.

DO NOT GO HERE.
Horrible. Ruined a silk shirt and tried to tell me the massive stains were already on there.
When I dropped it off there was a few tiny stains I was trying to get removed
Now they are on half the shirt which is not repairable.

The lady tried to make excuses saying we tried our best.
