Just finished getting my fence installed using great looking lumber and supplies from the guys at Cedar Supply. Great customer service at the time of purchase. It's nice having straight, quality wood to work with.

Jed at Cedar Supply has been very helpful in my backyard project. The project required a sand set paver installation (23x20 fr), a decorative wall that included cedar from Cedar Supply and two waterfalls, and lastly a paver path from behind the garage to the front of the house. Jed was instrumental in walking me through all these processes, selection of materials and was readily available via the phone and email (even on off work hours). Needless to say I would recommend Cedar Supply when considering your outdoor Hardscape project!! - ask for Jed! I appreciated the quality of customer service and quality of materials.

I just had to vinyl fence is built from Cedar Supply. They had great referrals for the insulation and their product is much much better than the big box stores. Their customer service is great. All of the sales personnel were eager to help me out. I will be definitely using them soon when I build my deck.

Terrible experience at this lumber yard we live seven minutes from. Placed a special order for a 2 x 12 x 18 piece of wood for a pergola we wanted to build. Paid an extra $30 to have a special design cut on ends. Total cost for this piece of wood was $140. When we went to pick it up, upon inspection, we noticed the end of the wood (that was cut) was split in half and cracked on the front. We refused to take the wood which caused a fiery debate with one of the employees in the lumber yard. Was told that all wood cracks and splits. Maybe so but we're not customers who buy damaged merchandise from any business. Several of our neighbors have pergolas and we can't seem to find any large cracks on theirs. Guess we'll need to ask them who they bought their wood from and do business with them. Will never do business with Cedar Supply in Fort Collins again!

Hi Lisa- I was reviewing our Yelp account this morning and saw your review. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience at our store. It is not acceptable for us to provide our customers with inferior lumber. Splits on cedar can happen and that is unfortunate and unpredictable but we want to give you what you paid for. Please know that I am more than willing to make this right. The salesman you were dealing with Steven I think offered to order you a new piece of lumber but I want to make sure that that information was passed on to you. Please contact us if it something that we can fix for you. Again we apologize.

My husband and I stopped in your store last month looking to have a pergola built in our back yard. To our surprise you don't build them but you gave us names for 3 contractors. We called and got bids, and ended up selecting Terrance of 3 LEAVES. What a wonderfully, remarkable experience. Terrance and his crew were honest, competent, hard working polite men. They kept us informed every step of the way, they showed up on time, and kept a clean safe work zone. I would recommend 3 LEAVES to anyone looking for a great trustworthy company. I have to say I can't recommend this company anymore. I think they've gotten too busy and as such have become careless with their orders and uncaring about their customers.
I had to wait a week for delivery of my composite deck, the were short a driver The day of delivery and hence were four hours late.
Okay, I can understand that, but not happy that my contractor had to wait around all day without an update from CS. Poor customer service! My contractor gets started working on the project and a couple of days later when it came to putting the metal rail up Cedar supply had given us the completely wrong brackets, they were wood screws not the proprietary brackets and screws that you have to use on this rail. Ugh! My contractor made another trip up there only to find out that they don't have them in stock and have to special order them. Really?!?!
Now we wait another who knows how long to get them. Whoever placed and packaged that order completely messed it up. You'd think they'd double check it before sending it out for delivery. Like I said , they're too busy anymore and the details are being overlooked
Dylan, I'm here waiting for Miles to show up to look at a warranty and/or defect on the composite floor. It stains just with water, nothing else, just water. That's not acceptable and Miles said he would look at this evening at 5:45, it's now 6:10.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. I can only imagine the added stress that we put onto you and your builder from some of these mistakes. Our main goal is to make every buying experience here at Cedar Supply a positive one. We take problems like yours very seriously and in our weekly sales meetings discuss ways to correct issues like this. This year in particular has most challenging in maintaining proper inventories, man power and overall growth due to the building boom we are witnessing in Northern Colorado. We are constantly trying to stay ahead of the volume. We are sorry that your deck purchase turned out the way it did. I would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you so that we can improve future business and make this right with you.

BYER BEWARE!!!!! When they tell you no exchanges on standard material they mean it. INSPECT every piece of material purchased. Their loaders load you fast and get you out of there and then your stuck with whatever garbage material is in the middle of the stack. I can assure you that they have lost my business and I will spread the word to everyone I know to stick with the big box stores, at least they will make exchanges. All this over a lousy 6 fence pickets that cost 16.00 and I hope my review prevents at least one customer from buying there. I understand what it says on the receipt so don't respond with that. The point is make sure your customers are told to inspect every piece and give them the opportunity instead of three loaders loading my truck and getting me out of there in about 3 minutes.

Upon looking at our Yelp account I noticed your review. Although your review was written months ago, I wanted to respond to you anyway. We take any review good or bad at Cedar Supply very seriously. I am very sorry to hear about your frustration. We put policies in place sometimes without seeing the full impact of each situation. The last thing we want to do is to stick our customers with inadequate material. We offer 2 different grades of material in our fencing. Our premium grade material has an exchange/return program and the lesser grade does not. This gives our customers the ability to purchase our higher grade, more expensive product and have the option to return or exchange it if needed. We usually inform our customers of the no return policy on the lesser grade material but it sounds like this didn't happen upon your purchase. I'm sorry to hear that you were only informed of this when you decided to do a return. Please know that we want to make it right with you if you'll let us. What a great experience!! These guys really know what they are doing! I called in and spoke to Jarrod, he was very helpful, willing to work with me and got me all the info I needed to build a fence. Once we confirmed a delivery date, I was given a delivery window. Shortly before the window started Dustin their driver called to let me know he was in route and wanted to know if there were any specific delivery needs. Once I confirmed what they were he showed up shortly afterward and delivered the order complete, on time and exactly where I specified.
Cedar Supply showed me I am important to their business (even as a homeowner) and their well skilled team exceeded every expectation I had.
