FYI - this location is NOT SAME DAY like others. They ship your stuff off site. Pick up AFTER 5p the next day. Ughhh.

Terrible!!!! They ruined two $400 cashmere Vince sweaters and shrunk them. If it was cleaned properly this would have never happened. I dropped all the clothes to be dry cleaned!! These wouldn't even fit a toddler. I spent $134 to have my clothes cleaned and they ruined $800 worth with two items. Will never return and tell everyone else I know never to bring their clothes here.

Worse wash and fold company ever. Twice my clothes came totally wrinkled and just thrown in the laundry bag. I had 1 expensive golf shirt I asked to be hung on a hanger which I provided and nope. I asked the lady to keep shirts pants shorts boxers and socks together nope they just threw it in the laundry bag. They can't even fold a tee shirt the same way? Corporate doesn't return phone calls or online concerns? I spoke to the owner and that was like talking to my dog. He said if wanted no wrinkles then he would iron my clothes for extra charges. He doesn't understand that wash and fold laundry is not just the wash but folding laundry properly. Never again

This place used to be good. l have a job interview tomorrow and dropped off pants without foreknowledge that there's no longer same-day pickup. I got here before 9 for same-day service and was unpleasantly surprised to learn after I paid, that my clothes won't be ready until tomorrow AFTER my interview. Lost their best gimmick. Also told me I didn't have the option for wash and press for my cotton pants and had to go with dry cleaning.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. This place ruined a pair of slacks and lost 6 of my shirts. They found that they had given the shirts to the wrong customer and offered me a $10 store credit for the inconvenience of having to wait and return for my shirts another time.
Then, they refused to honor the $10 credit! They wouldn't even contact the manager for me.
I will not go there again, and neither should anyone else.

They Destroyed my Brand New Designer Linen Pants! My pants were White when dropped off for cleaning, asked for spot removal on one tiny spot, and they returned it back to me totally yellow, and burnt a hole through the Fabric! Linen pants are supposed to last for several years, as the material is durable and super strong! When took them out of the package, this is how they gave them to me, that is totally unacceptable, and the person cleaning these pants should be Fired! But also, 6 months ago I was in Fl, and started to see little holes on 2 pairs of my white Designer pants that turned into bigger holes, and I had to throw them out. Now I'm possible 100% that this Dry Cleaners is also responsible for destroying the fabrics, by using chemicals that made the Fabrics soft to the point of breaking! Awful! Stay away, at least you have been warned, that with repeated dry cleaning here, it will either destroy your clothes over time, or have something like the above that happened to me.

Normally this place is quick. Today I dropped off an item and the girl gave me a huge attitude about wanting something washed. When She went to get the bin she rolled her eyes and shook her head like she couldn't believe what I asked. Never had such rude service before.

My father came in for a stain, the stain was marked by the employee, upon picking up the item the stain was not removed and the employee would not offer a refund and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Looks like management is lacking and so is common sense be very careful when you bring items to be cleaned at cd one cleaners, I brought a suit there one time when I picked it up it did not smell 100% fresh thank you

Very rude stuff, do not take responsibility for their mistakes! They ruined my dress, that I wore once! Please avoid this place,

Dropped off $20 worth of items before 9am that needed to be pressed and then came to pick them up after 5pm, they offer same day service, to have a girl tell me that I have to wait another 10-20 mins for them to be scanned in? Thought this was supposed to be same day service...?
