I was happy the way Chris and his crew handled my Aunts estate. It was
as explained and quoted. The clean-up was thorough. Well worth the time and research it would have cost our family.

CC Estate Sales helped us sell Mom's belongings when she had to move in with us. Another company was going to facilitate the sale but they got bogged down with a bigger client. CC came out 2 weeks prior, gave me a quote, and had everything staged in 12 days. The staging was so professional that even I wanted to shop. Plus, we netted out way more than I expected. They made a stressful situation run smoothly.

Went to one of their estate sales for the first time a few months ago. Everything was very dirty, and there were mouse droppings in the kitchen among the kitchen items for sale. It was just filthy. Was only there a few minutes, and wanted to go home to take a shower.

Great business to deal with. They do a lot of great estate sales and have great items. It's a lot of fun just to browse the selection. I often find things I didn't even know I needed before going. Shawn is very knowledgeable and a great resource. The prices are quite reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

Early this year my wife & I decided to relocate to our second home in California from our primary home in Carson City NV. Consolidating furniture and personal effects from two homes into one was impossible, so our solution was to have an estate sale on our Carson City home. The idea was rational but our choice of Estate Sale Co. was a drastic mistake. The outfit we chose was CCESL (CC Estate Sales & Liquidations) Chris (either a rep or owner) contacted us at our request. He required a $200 setup fee. He advised us to leave everything behind that we did not want (even garbage, food, even in the refrigerator). He would sell everything on the property and for that his share of the proceeds would be 40%. He indicated that everything left after the sale (garbage, trash, unsellable items ) he would dispose of himself.We listed that everything in the house was to go except the stove. We thought we were in good hands when we moved to California until I received a bill from 1-800-Got-Junk for $525 for yard clean-up and trash removal. I called Chris to complain & he advised me that he had paid it but neglected to tell me that the money came out of my 60%. Additionally, when we returned to close escrow we found that the washer, dryer, refrigerator other items were left on our side yard. He got his 40% while I got the shaft. We could have done much better if we had taken a couple of days holding a yard sale. Hell of a send off from Nevada. Beware they're still in business at 2220 Darla Way Carson City NV89701.
