This was an amazing last minute find for lunch on my last day in Tampa Bay. I wanted something authentic and good and tried this place. The food was unbelievable! Chicken and beef empanadas appetizers were so good, and the sauces with them were perfect. I had the Lomo Saltado with rib eye steak. Everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly! Food was clean and not greasy and felt home made. Tres leches for dessert (they talked me into it haha) was fantastic! . The service was wonderful and the owner personally came out to see how we enjoyed everything. It was a great experience and I will be back next time I visit!

Silent, lonely, non-authentic.
The restaurant has changed much, with little decorations, bare ambiance with no music or sounds playing. Not even a tv running you can hear the fridge holding the inka cola. The servers try hard but i feel they realize the restaurant is not very good either. They had brought out expired drinks but did come very fast with the food... the food was not fresh....
THE FOOD: the food was weird. Non authentic peruvian with old ingredients, possibly reheated. Chicha morado was expired, fermented. Other plates came in laughable portions compared to price. Ameteur cooking. Just not a fan as im peruvian myself. I liked the menu...
TO IMPROVE: almost everything needs change! Fix the interior, add sound, environment, and experience! Make your food fresh and be strict. Decorations and seating are unacceptable. Ive seen better at bbq places.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 3202941550Jul 16, 2023
Possibly the best ceviche I have ever had in Tampa Florida! This ceviche reminded me so much of the ceviche I had in Lima Peru. Very nostalgic!
A very quaint casual restaurant, in a shopping plaza on 50th St near the university. It seems to be family owned.
The Chicha morada (purple corn drink) was not too sweet or too bitter. The lomo Saltado was tender and a good portion size. The ceviche was the star of the show! The service was great as well. Can't wait to go back!Helpful 5Thanks 3Love this 6Oh no 0Business owner information

Who doesn't love Peruvian food? I had the pleasure of visiting Lima a few years ago and was blown away by the food. I've tried a lot of Peruvian places since then. Few, if any, have a ceviche as good as Cazador grill. Cost at first glance was a little high but the serving size is perfect. Truly authentic flavors as if I were in Lima again. I also really enjoyed the Lomo Saltado. It was what I wanted, but the ceviche stole the show.
The restaurant can almost be considered a hidden gem since it is tucked away in an older strip of businesses. Inside the restaurant feels like a small business. The staff were attentive, respectful, and welcoming. I would absolutely return for more.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

This Signature Restaurant is Colombian home cooking at its finest. Hands down best Empanadas I've had with a palate spanning three Latin countries and 40 years. Entire menu created and cooked from scratch in house. Please support local mom and pop restaurants like this with your hard earned money. I had the Vica Signature platter which had 6 main courses of meat served with rice and beans. . BEST RIBS IVE HAD IN MY LIFE. Friendly service. Great Ambiance.

As always exceptionally delicious, fresh and friendly service.
The owner is such a nice person and greets everyone with a positive energy which is difficult to ignore!
This dinner was a ribeye with yucca fries and white rice. A bit carb heavy I know, but I earned it! As usual the ribeye was cooked to perfection. The rice was moist and flavorful, along with the yucca fries which were just right, crunchy but soft in the middle and that authentic yucca flavor I've come to adore.
Definitely stop by on Dec 26th for their anniversary celebration!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 10, 2022Previous reviewAlways marvelous, this restaurant never fails to delight.
On our visit we once again had delicious steak and rice and also tired the salchipapas, absolutely delicious.
Also tried the Cazador orange juice marinated ribs, meat literally fell off the bone. Wine is generally served at proper temperature and is always fresh.
Prices have gone up, but please don't let that stop you because it is worth it. If she's there be sure to say hello to Elizabeth, she's such a wonderful person. - Oct 31, 2023
First time and did not disappoint. Certainly 5 stars! We started with empanada, tostone and tamale. All were excellent and the spicy sauce was perfect. Four different dinners, but all beef and all gone. big be portion but so delicious. Cute little place with the best server we've had in quite some time. Worth the trip for sure. Wish we lived closer.
