I had a deep scratch on my car that normally would have required the door to be stripped and painted. Instead, the team did me a favor, worked their magic and were able to dramatically improve the appearance of the scratch without having to make it a huge process, saving me money as well--a rarity in today's world.

Terrible customer service... I wouldn't even call it service, more accurate to say abuse. They don't need your business and it feels that way. Go to a shop where they treat you like they actually want you there instead of like they are doing you a favor.

Excellent service all around. Originally the estimate from Travelers was for repairing the door but Cavallo ended up negotiating with them for new one. The repairs were perfectly done and the customer service was first rate. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad I got a recommendation to go to Cavallo for what looked like a minor bump and run I experienced in a car park. Steve didn't just assume everything under the bumper cover was OK. He took it off the car and inspected the crush structure underneath and sensors. He also took care of all the interaction with the insurance company. The end result a completely invisible fix along with the confidence that everything you can see is also 100%.

Steve Garraty is absolutely the best! I first met him when my family moved to work at TJUH from California. Over the years, he took care of my family and I not just my cars. His top priority is his customers whom he treats with utmost respect and care. It didn't matter what kind of car, he took care of them as his own. Now I refer my colleague at the hospital to him, they all agreed that he's a rare find! He builds relationship and believes trust is the ultimate foundation to begin with.

My car was hit in center city when it was parked and I was very stressed with having to deal with it. I called Cavollo and they helped me set up pickup and they even helped me call and deal with the insurance company. They dropped off the car looking brand new.

I've been to many auto body shops. It's not because I'm a bad driver (well I don't I am), but rather bad luck with bad drivers. First off, the staff here at Cavallos are the best of the best. I first had experience with Cavallos more than a decade ago when the hood of my Mercedes was scratched on mischief night. My local Mercedes dealer referred me to Cavallo's Drexel Hill location on Burmont. They did just am impeccable job, I never forgot about them. Due to their above average cost, Ive always tried looking for other reputable auto body shops. Many times, I was satisfied with the work done at these other shops, but years down the road, the work done to my cars really began to reveal the craftsmanship behind the repairs and they were not always perfect. Situations like these always made me think of Cavallos.

Early last year, my sister was involved in a small accident. It was the other person's fault and my sister was really upset. Being that she's really anal about her car always looking perfect I knew she would accept nothing but the best in repairs and so I naturally directed her to Cavallo's Newtown Square location. The work on her car took longer than expected but it was well worth the wait! Ive referred a few people to Cavallo's and all of them very satisfied beyond their expectations at the repair work done to their vehicles.

Fall last year, my vehicle was also involved in a collision. Wanting to take my car to a shop one and only one time and knowing I'd be completely satisfied, I took my vehicle to Cavallo's. The work again took longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. My car came out looking better than new and Ive fallen in love with my car all over again.

The repair work usually takes longer than most shops and it's not because Cavallo is slow, but it's because their lots it ALWAYS full with vehicles waiting to be repaired (usually approximately 50 cars). Cavallo only uses NEW FACTORY OEM parts so you know the fit and finish will be perfect as well as quality. If you ever are involved in a collision and insurance is paying, take it here you will not regret at all!
Just be prepared to wait up to 2 months for your vehicle to be repaired.

Their customer service is also top notch! A few times I was unable to drop off / pick up my vehicle and Cavallo would send someone to pick up and drop it off to and from my home. I will continue going here and continue to refer people. If you're ever in the area, just swing by and take a look at the cars sitting in their lot waiting to be fixed and just peek inside the service bay. This auto body shop is unlike any I have seen before. It's almost like a salon for cars. The establishment is always looking organized and clean, that says a lot about the business and its employees.....

My wife SWEARS she didn't run into anything with my new car. But I know I didn't. Anyway, I took it to Cavallo. To me, it looked like $500-$1000 in damage. They said... "I think we can do this for you while you wait." And... I swear I'm not making this up... it took 10 minutes... and the total charge was $0.00. THANK YOU TEAM. I hope I never have to "really" use you guys.. but if I do, I'll come RIGHT BACK. Thanks again.
