I was charged $270.00 for X rays and a shot to my shoulder. I have health insurance, so I was surprised it was that much. Later on, I found out I only had to pay $28.00 from a letter from my Insurance Company. I called their billing department and was told they would send me a refund 30 days to the date I was calling. I found that unacceptable.

Pretty clean facility. Doctor was great, most importantly. What I found bothersome is being charged $5 for a CD of X-ray when the ofc is already billing the insurance for hundreds of already overpriced dollars, then to charge us an additional $5 for the CD images. Petty, greedy and inappropriate, I feel. A CD costs what .20 cents, and to markup like that, beyond ridiculous! I asked them about it, no answer.

Very happy to see a great group open an office in my "back yard". Yay no more trekking to Cary in awful traffic! Dr. Martini and his medical staff were compassionate, appropriately humorous and were quick to provide me pain relief. I believe they will do a great job with my ortho needs.
The office is clean, tidy and well laid out. They have an impressive imaging area. I was seen in a timely manner and treated with respect.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Patrick C.Brook Manor, Holly Springs, NC05Feb 13, 2020Updated review
I was misdiagnosed on the first visit, given a shot and prescriptions I didn't need resulting in four more days of unnecessary pain. They didn't submit my claim properly and out of pocket was over $500. Contacted billing and my concern was forwarded for review by the provider. Rejected of course. Rather than receive threatening bill collector letters and have my credit rating hurt, I begrudgingly paid. Now I await to see if there's a follow up review
