Made me wait for my food , didn't give me napkins or ketchup like I asked . Fries were cold . Soda had too much ice

Avoid this one at all costs. Order more than two burgers? Be prepared to wait in the front for 10-15+ min :D! Also, they really need to teach the "cooks" how to add the normal ingredients to the burgers. One time I had a famous star filled with mayo, another time with 0 sauce. Never coming back.

Let me first say the Service and Staff were excellent . But that's kind of where the buck stops. I don't know if it's just me but I feel that what you pay for and what you get are two different things. I ordered the Big Hamburger Combo and from what I remember the patties were the same size as the famous star, not anymore it's more of a jr size now (the photo shows the ranch dip on the burger to show the size of patty) the value is no longer there. Come on Carls I know prices are going up all over but please don't charge $9 for a combo and call it Big when it's a normal small burger patty. To sum it up, Service was good - restaurant and restrooms were clean - Food taste was good - Value was horrible . For the price you could get a huge burger and fries from Denny's or Norms .

I got my food. My onion rings were cold the stale and my burgers cold also very disappointing tried to call the store. They have a recording system and says no one's available to take your call and then it just dropped your call. Where is corporate? Who is the owner of the store who is the manager?

Okay so they aren't serving milkshakes and it's 6pm on a Sunday and they didn't have any ranch for some reason, what's going on y'all :( I wouldn't have ordered onion rings if I knew they didn't have it...

7/9/23, 1815, First time sitting inside this location. We were pleasantly surprised, it was very clean and we were met by friendly staff. The food was very fresh and actually looked like the pics on the menu, unlike most other restaurants!! I would recommend the Carl's Jr. to all my family and friends. Thank you and we'll be back!!

Recently visited the restaurant,Food was delicious , hot fresh, restaurant clean , service was awesome , I got treated Like family friendly smiles was greeted when I came in . definitely will continue to come

Completed in disbelief. Almost $9 for this sandwich and this is what u get. 1 piece of lettuce, cheese, and bum.

the staff was great! the guy at the window left a sweet note in our bag of food! it definitely made my boyfriends and i's night!

This Carl's Jr doesn't even deserve 1 star but its the only way to leave a review. The drive threw agent was rude. We ordered 5 combo meals for $75. We' were told to park and they will bring us our oder with ranch. Our food was delivered and it was cold and we didn't get ranch as we were told only 1 ranch per order. We will not be back! ​

I went through the drive through and was ordering breakfast for me and my fiancé and the woman over the mic was incredibly rude. Every question is asked was answered with attitude and sass. At that point I figured maybe she's just having a bad day so I proceeded to the charge out window. Once there she opened the window I said hi and she completely blew me off and snatched my card. I was ticked. She then handed me my food still saying nothing but forgot my drink. Once I addressed it she rolled her eyes closed the window and brought me back my drink. Annoyed and mad at this point I ended up going inside asking to speak to the manager for a refund with out complaining and the manager proceeded to give me sass as well. I'll never go back and haven't since.
