Carl's Jr

Just had the double slider burger combo they look totally different than the photo out front on the window. What a RIP off for $6.50 I will never buy this again. Also the place is hot no air condition if you want your place to run well it needs to be comfortable and look like what your advertising.

Personally I name Carl's Jr as my favorite place for fast food.
Just not this location.

First time we went it was late afternoon and we used the drive through.
We were asked to pull over to the side as our order for 4 people was going to take a moment to prepare the food, and there was a line growing behind us.
The second time we went the same thing happened only there was just one car behind us.
Today we went, my wife ate a philly cheesesteak breakfast burrito with tater tots. I ate a philly cheesesteak hamburger with French fries. She claims food was good, just small portion size. Mine had cheese "leaking" out all sides of the hamburger. My fries tasted a bit on the dry side. This location is diapointing.

This place always has no one there. Got 2 Famous Stars with cheese. Completely cold , the cheese was not even melted. The food is always disappointing from this location. Maybe that's why it's always empty here. I'm not going here anymore. Done. It's the closest to my house. I remember when these kinds of places were packed. Look at McDonalds , packed at every location and I hate that place ! Should have gone to In N Out. Always Hot , Always Consistent , Always Good !!

This has to be the worst Carls Jr. In Nevada.
We waited 20 mins for 2 kids meals and California burger combo. There was only 2 other people in shop. Our food came out cold and orders were wrong. I tried to explain our wrong order but the customer service was pathetic!
I do not recommend this place at all. Save yourself the grief. There are plenty other places nearby that would appreciate your business.
They don't even deserve 1 star!!!

The audacity to charge a customer if they want mustard (a standard condiment and pickles) on their Chicken Club sandwich. Talk about "hard up for cash!" I hadn't eaten at a Carls Junior since 2010 when I worked downtown Los Angeles and will not be patronizing this dump again. Just the day before on sunday I ordered a chicken sandwich that came with fries at BJ's Bar * Grill in Centennial Hills and the server brought me "FOUR extra tomatoes and FOUR extra pickles at no cost." And Carls'Jr wants to charge you for regular condiments that were not extra, but should have been part of the order. What a joke, Screw Carl's Jr. NEVER AGAIN!

3 times in a row!! They got the order wrong, and the food was squished. I won't be going back, any time soon... Disgusting...

Very underwhelming. This place is under staffed. Service is meh food is greasy just avoid and go anywhere else

Worse Carl's jr. . 6 months ago went there the guy at the window was so rude. I left WITHOUT my order and went to Burger King. Went back today for the 1st time since then.. Once again rude people. Ordered 4 sandwiches, & frys. 3 of the 4 were wrong THE frys were old. The window guy was a asshole. I almost left WITHOUT my order again. And I should have. NEVER AGAIN THIS CARL'S JR. SUCK. Would like TO GIVE NO STARTS

I don't know why the dining room is closed. Taco Bell is open. I'm not eating in my car so I won't be going back to this location until they open the dining room.

Horrible wait time unprofessional had me waiting for 30 minutes went through the drive through ordered and they told me to go to the front and wait I wait and went inside my food was sitting there no one was going to bring it out.

Ordered fries on drive thru. I got fries that tasted like it's been sitting there for a while. Went back around to ask for them to make me new fries. They did but when I was leaving I noticed the guy in the drive thru made a smirk to the cook. Then I noticed that what felt like salt didn't taste salty. I had a weird feeling and throw them out when I got home.
