Carl's Jr

This is my first time at this location since the re-model. I think its great that they added a drive-thru, although the restaurant does look smaller. There service was a slow, but the food was good. On a side note, big kudos to Carl's with the original six dollar meal. In my opinion, its the best burger for all fast food restaurants.

The guy working the drive-thru tonight made my day. Super friendly, super polite, fast service. Other fast food cashiers should take note. Also they are starting to implement AI which takes your order at the screen, which actually works really well and understands your order, even repeats it back. Great experience tonight. Give this guy a raise working your drive thru, or a promotion!

Okay ... not gonna lie ... there's a Carl's Jr. near my house that's just not cuttin' the mustard, if you know what I mean. :-/

HOWEVER, if I drive halfway down the Peninsula, there's a Carl's Jr. in Foster City that makes up for ALL the Carl's Jr.s in Daly City! :-D

Standalone building with an immaculate parking lot, sidewalk, and dining area inside. The staff are right there to help (or at least they've been there every time I've shown up!), and are friendly & efficient.

Call me old-school, but I *really* appreciate that the staff brings my meal to my table. I therefore have no problem whatsoever tipping at the counter when I place my order.

The food is fresh, hot, and is frankly a Gold-Standard Reference for any Carl's Jr. to follow. It's actually well worth the drive from Daly City just to get here for The Real Deal!

Ever saw a place where you felt bad and you end up going because how you felt?

This is one of those places. I decided to go through the drive thru.

2 cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes before we went anywhere.

When I finally got to the window, the order was wrong! Out of pity, I just ended up paying for it and took the order. When I got home, the order was completely different from what the lady told me lol

Just go across the street to the other properly ran foods.

lately when i get a burger from Carl Jr. the burger does not taste good like it was a few years ago before Covid hits. the meat is definitely lower in quality as i found it tasted terrible. won't be eating at carl jr anymore.

Burgers are delicious clean restaurant and amazing costumer service really love going to Carl's Jr in Foster City.

You would expect that because someone is paying $16 for a meal that it would be a FULL meal. Right? Am I mad? Hell Yeah. I was starving. Not only is this damn meal $16 but you guys couldn't even give at least all 9 pieces dude. PMO.

Moral of my story: just wait in McDonald's and Taco Bell's line. (I gave one star for the hot fries and drink)

I don't remember his real name, but he goes by Tom and TOM IS THE BEST!!!!! He gave us great customer service (especially for a fast food place) and was just lovely in general. My chicken nugget stars were delish bc he offered and gave us so many different sauces.

10/10 customer service and food. the guy working the drive thru on 7/25 during 1 am was so nice and patient. He was nice enough to put napkins on top of the food and placed the condiments on top. really appreciated that.

Poor service, high prices, and a complete let down. Save your $30 that you would spend for a burger and fries and a salad here. Not worth it at all.
