Over all, I have to say that this is a good Carl's Junior to visit, as they have a friendly staff and a clean facility and I always have a good experience here. My food orders are always correct (...and corrected quickly if there are any items over missing, with a good attitude) and they're very quick to deliver the food at your table.
I would recommend this Carl's jr. To a friend!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 11432016050Jul 24, 2020
When I was dropping off masks around Covington I saw that there was a Carl's Jr. nearby, a beloved place that my bestie and I used to go to for lunch, desperately in need of greasy food with only four hours of sleep. College was fun. And I miss it. And I miss the places where memories were had, like Carl's Jr.
Though it's not located in a small college town, I still wanted to get some lunch here, as I had not been to a Carl's Jr. in years. Dining in is not an option during COVID-19, but their drive-thru service is open. There was a line, but didn't take long during prime time lunch time on a weekday.
I ordered their classic double cheese burger with waffle fries, which you can choose instead of regular fries at no additional fee. I like charbroiled burgers, and this was one wasn't too bad, but I've definitely had much better. I mean, it's fast food after all. But it wasn't too shabby. It was super messy, so didn't look as appetizing; yet fortunately, it tasted much better than it looked. Waffle fries were good.
Did I like it as I did years before when we were trying to get rid of a hangover? No. But it's a fast food spot that isn't around my neck of the woods, so was glad to have revisited this burger that provided much-needed sustenance in my younger days. It's more nostalgic than anything. But hey, not a bad fast food burger.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Melinda M.Auburn, WA384824Aug 23, 2020
This is the beginning of the worst order ever!!!
This is their large fry. $3.65 for cold (you can't see the DEPLORABLE temp.) They were anything but crisp. It looks like the leftover someone left on their tray after eating then passed them off to me. Shame on Carl's Jr. I spent $25 on the WORST meal ever. I bought 5 chicken tenders at a cost of approximately $6.5 and received 5 chicken pieces and 3 were no bigger than my thumb, and colder than my thumb. I do understand we are in a pandemic but that does not excuse lousy service (guy didn't even greet me or thank me) then horrible food???? Really??? This location is TOTAL HIT or MISS... Mostly miss. Now I have to go get some more food for my hungry tired family again
Thanks Carl Jr. You ruined my Sunday Evening.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah M.Seattle, WA233618Sep 16, 2020
Tonight, I saw two employees (the only two I saw) working without wearing gloves. Bad food safety in general, but shocking during COVID. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I had already paid and was about to receive my food. I threw everything away immediately and did not eat of it. I will never eat here again knowing that standards are so lax.

This location is hit or miss. This time the natural cut fries were a miss, they were super cold. The waffle fries were fresh, but yeah the natural cut ones were meh... The burgers we got were pretty good.
Staff is just not present/engaging, not sure if the gal at the drive thru was expressing sincere concern or being condescending( I felt the later.). There are no other locations near by within Kent.
I'll be back for the food... just be wary.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michael B.Kirkland, WA042553Dec 16, 2018
Stopped in today for lunch. First time eating at a Carl's Jr. in Washington. Eat at a few in California.
Food is tasty and fresh. The young girl that took our Oder was very polite and helpful. She's a total keeper

For a fast food franchise drive thru I give this place a 5 star. The nearby jack in the box is horrible but this place has been consistent over the years. On weekends I typically get breakfast once from this or a few other places. The quality is good for fast food and it's consistent. I haven't had bad service here in the drive thru. I'm kind of wondering wtf is wrong with people leaving bad reviews.

Must have gotten new help at the drive through because food was good and so was service!

Good servIce and decent food. TrIed the Beyond Meat patty...not bad at all. It didn't taste like a burger but it was a good substitute. I am going to buy some to try at home. I think if I tried it in a blind taste it would pass. My suggestion though is some training for the cooks. I understand char. I really dislike burnt. Mine was burnt and that part was unappreciated.
