Caribou Coffee

Quick review of the Caribou Coffee in the Canal Park area. Pretty standard coffee shop visit. I was in and out very quickly. The staff were friendly and made amazing drinks. Inside is cozy and has plenty of seating if you need to stay in to warm up, or hang out and do some work on your computer.

Great coffee, decent food. Visiting from out of town and I wish we had one in Missouri! Prices are the same as you'd find at Starbucks.

Very cute interior. It would be the perfect place to do some work or catch up with a friend. I got the Raspberry Green Tea with bubbles and the pumpkin white mocha both were delicious. The staff was efficient and sweet.

Caribou coffee is great so far. I'm pretty sure they mixed up my order though. I had ordered a vanilla cooler but I got caramel instead.

So from my perspective this is a boring old Caribou with a decent bathroom. But I've been here twice during the Covid Times and neither time did I get bad service and I had to stand and wait FOREVER bc there was only one bathroom in service and I have three kids and we all needed to pee.

And my coffee was fine. I did not feel rushed to order, nor did they seem annoyed at one of my kid's semi complicated order.

This was a clean place in Canal Park that served good, fast coffee. The tables are sta ked up. They wasn't you to come in the front door and go out the back due to Covid. They were fast and friendly.

Super busy stop and needed some TLC on cleaning. Excellent coffee. Place smells amazing.

Good coffee, bad service. I'm a restaurant host, and 18 years old, and even in my very little experience I would never talk to customers how I was talked to here. I'm happy to provide the name of who it was, but my father and I were served by an incredibly rude barista. Once again, I understand bad days and whatnot as someone in the service industry, but this was very uncalled for and out of nowhere. Not to mention this place looks like it has never been cleaned. There's dust being blown onto the tables from the vents and it looks like a serious fire hazard, and garbage all over the floors. I'm a caribou fan, but much prefer the kind employees and ambiance of the London road or central entrance caribou.

Visited area and as we left out on a road trip stopped in for a coffee. Greeted and right away I was shocked by wonderful smells. Lady greeted me and explained the process. She did not shame me for not knowing the correct wording. All I wanted was a large cup of coffee. She walked me through process. She helped my wife order a Apple Burst. We waited at end of line for only about 4 minutes. I added my own creamer and sweetener as I prefer. Very nice place well staffed and everyone was friendly. Look forward to stopping in tomorrow in are way out of town.

Busy place with hopping employees who still have their smiles and are polite and service oriented. They hand brewed me my decaf. The woman making the fancy drinks noticed me waiting and asked what I was waiting for to make sure it was wasn't her. The lady brewing checked in with me to let me know she was still brewing.
