I bought an engagement ring here in December of 2020 from Haygen. Recently my wife had an accident and knocked the diamond off the ring. I contacted Haygen and she told me to bring it in.

I brought it in later that week and she repaired the ring for no cost, and had it ready quickly. I was on my way home less than an hour later.

I'm very satisfied with the service here and do recommend.

So, I am from San Diego CA. I was looking for an engagement ring. So... I been married before, I had purchased a ring and had it updated in the past. So I feel my experience js better than most people looking for an engagement ring. I knew to check everywhere and never commit. I started with the big chains like jared, Kays, zales, searched local small shops, then last I got to diamond distributors. Now, the issue is... I was looking for a 4 carrot oval diamond, thats a big ring and its not cheap. So every jeweler made this mistake, asking me what my budget was instead of giving me the best price for what I want. For a 4 carrot diamond with all the high metrics, i was getting prices between $7500 - $15,000 for a lab grown diamond ring. Now, I am very fortunate and could afford something like that... but I don't want to just buy something, I want quality and a great price. No one wants to over pay for something.

We took a trip from San Diego to LA, the diamond district and this place was hands down the most transparent and upfront. Never asked me that annoying budget question but instead said very candidly, this is my best price for this size and quality. With this level of honesty, I was able to go from a 4 ct that I budgeted for and get a 6 ct ring

Long story slightly shorter, Capri didn't ask me that question, they just straight up told me what things cost for what I was looking for, i was able to buy a 6 carrot diamond ring below the price I was quoted for a 4 carrot.

There is no one better, more honest and easier to work with and I was able to give my girl the proposal she wanted. three months later she is still talking about it. Highly recommend this spot if you are in Southern California.

Nathan from Capri was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us and talked us through every question we possibly had for hours over two visits. Then when I had even MORE questions, he was super responsive over the phone to make sure I was comfortable with what I was buying. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold he just spoke honestly about everything and gave me advice, as if to a friend.

The ring we ended up getting was perfect. My fiancé was thrilled when she finally saw it. I cannot recommend this business enough and will be sending Capri to everyone looking for an engagement ring in the future.
