As a Board Certified Rheumatologist, Dr. Snow is qualified to manage all forms of arthritis including osteoarthritis and gout; connective tissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, scleroderma, and vasculitis; osteoporosis; and various musculoskeletal disorders. He believes in taking a state-of-the-art, innovative approach to treating the root cause of aches and pains from these conditions - not just the symptoms - and wants each patient to know that Cape Fear Arthritis Care is the practice that cares.

A M.Hampstead, NC47212/20/2017Waited over 45 minutes before being called back. Waited another 30 minutes in room before the PA came in. She seemed a bit unorganized. Was probably another hour before the doctor finally came in. This doctor has absolutely no bedside manner. He acted like he was in a hurry. I felt very rushed and did not get all of my questions answered. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I left this office wandering what just happened!! Â Will not waste my time here again. A lot of doctors out there that actually care about people. Â Sadly, this doctor and his staff do not.

Martha R.Wilmington, NC3141/13/2022They seem to mean well, but I find the practice as a whole to be quite unresponsive. Messages/requests sent through the portal don't seem to be answered and one person said "well, it depends on when they get picked up" implying that maybe the portal is unmonitored?? If so - why have one?
If i ask a question or make a request, I have learned I need to give LOTS of lead time - like 5+ days - and be prepared to make followup calls.
For a practice that advertises "where patients come first", I keep wondering if it's just me, because I surely do not come anywhere close to first.- January L.Germantown, IL9726/4/2016
This doctor used his Facebook page to bash a former patient in a response to her on his page for Cape Fear Arthritis Care. The page has since then been taken down, but he violated the patient/doctor confidentiality  by putting personal information in his response about the visit to slam her on social media. I found him to be highly disrespectful to both his patient, and the people commenting on his page asking for answers as to why he responded the way he did.
