Canopy Country RV Center - Yakima

From the minute we walked in we were so impressed with how genuinely nice everyone was. We came to look for a camper to trade for our trailer. We found exactly what we were looking for. They said they would hold it for us without even a deposit. Unheard of! Every single person we encountered was smiling and so personable. You don't get customer service like that anymore. They even had us put it on the truck to make sure everything would fit. Outstanding job Bradey. And a special shout out to Cam.

(This review is only for the service department, I have no experience with sales.)

I had purchased a travel trailer in Boise and was told by the dealer that I didn't need sway control because it was a small trailer. I pulled it as far as Yakima with my equally small truck, fighting sway the whole way. I managed okay, not great, but okay, until I hit the wind. I could barely stay on the road, so I pulled off and started calling around to see if anybody could help me. I called these guys and after hearing my story, Troy in the service department said if I could be there when they got back from lunch they'd put sway control on for me.

Everyone there was amazing. So kind and helpful. Eduardo, the technician who installed my sway control, went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on the road. They even ran to the store to buy some bigger hooks for my breakaway chain. He checked my tire pressure and lug nuts. He explained how everything worked, even things not related to what he installed.

Troy was also very kind and patient with my inexperience and lack of confidence pulling a trailer. He went above and beyond making it easy for me to get out of their lot and even waved goodbye as I left.

I seriously wanted to bring these two guys home with me. I don't think my husband would have appreciated that though so I left them there for now. (I'm still considering going back to get them...)

I don't know if sales is anything like service, but the service department knows what customer service is about. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The Sales people are informative and helpful and promise they are there after the sale. The Service depart on the other hand are difficult to work with and have excuses why they won't fix things. Going back next week to see if they can make things right.

I had a great experience with them. I had some questions about my rv fridge, They sent me over to Mike in the repair shop. He answered all my questions was super helpful he told me they were booked out until the next month, but still squeezed us in and fixed the fridge in about 5 minutes!

A Big Thanks to Jeff, Mike, Todd, and all the service people for all the hard work in finding me a safe and secure RV in Yakima. Plus all the Advanced knowledge and education We received on RVs.

This dealer is all about the transaction. When trying to get service on the Jayco I bought new, they didn't communicate or tell me the status of the claim. Later, when trying to consign the unit, the salesperson told me it was too underwater when the NADA pricing I later looked up the next day said otherwise. They are not a supportive dealer and don't care about their customers. This consign inquiry occurred on 2/5/2020 and the trailer was purchased in June 2017. Never again will do business with these people.

I don't understand how someone in customer service can be so rude and quite frankly a complete prick! The service department manager Chris was so rude to me that I will never do business with this location again!

All I can say is WOW! We are very happy with our new 2020 Coachmen and most of all the customer service we received. From the Mike the Sales MGR, Rosy in Finance and Harry in service, they were all outstanding. The last place we bought in the Tri-Cities was horrible and we were hesitant to ever purchase again. The people at Canopy Country have changed our minds. We are now part of the Canopy Country family. THANK YOU!

These guys rock! Had a broken light in my truck's Century canopy and they had an off the shelf replacement available at a great price. Knowledgeable and very experienced staff. :)

Thank you Canopy Country for being so awesome!!! Wow, Jeff you know your stuff and helped make the process of deciding which trailer to buy super easy. You were so patient in walking us through the pro's and con's and helped my husband and I decide on a trailer we love! It is our new second home. We have already experienced many memories which has paid over and again for the trailer. Also, shout out to Rosy .... she was great! She made the process super easy and gave us some really great pointers. Thank you Canopy Country . You all get an A+!
