Camera Express

Here on holiday and realised we had forgotten the battery for our camera. This place was just down the road so I popped in to get one. What should have been a very straightforward transaction ended up being a pretty nasty and annoying experience. The guys in the shop tried to give me the hard sell on a new lense I didn't want and then tried to charge me 100 dollars for a battery which should be 20 max.

I walked out but would recommend everyone else just avoid in the first place.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. You are better off going to Target or Walmart and buying your camera needs! They know nothing at all about camera's. Items looked like they were ordered from Amazon/ EBay and resold for a SHIT load of $$$. These people will not even greet you once or ask if you need help. Waste of money and time, do not even know how this place is still opened.

A complete joke. These guys know nothing about photography and sell knock off equipment at incredulous prices. I lost my lens cap at Magic Kingdom and wanted to get a replacement. I stopped in and they tried to sell me an Altrua 58mm lens cap for $20 then started to haggle with me telling me their price point is $11. I'm a seasoned businessman and I know damn well a plastic lens cap's price point is not $11 when bought in bulk, more like 11 cents. These guys are pathetic low life business men trying to rip people off.

My new favorite spot to find the rudest men possible to help a customer out.  Just because I was a 22yr young man they figured l had no money to spend and didn't bat an eye to help find any products I was looking for.  The guy I asked if he worked there thought his soccer game in tv was more important than helping anyone walk in the door, this place sells knockoffs and is a complete joke. Would not recommend stopping here for anything.

Biggest FRAUDS, ever!!!! My friend had come to Orlando from India on vacation. they sold her a Nikon for twice the price and won't do a refund as they have a no refund policy. However, it's not boldly shown anywhere in the store that they have a norefund buy only exchange policy. They tried taking away her good camera from India but gave that back, thankfully. They have the prime location to rip off travelers. Absolute tourist trap. Stay away from this store-- FRAUDS, FRAUDS, FRAUDS!!!

Cheaters - do NOT shop there...sold me last years model pretending it was the newest at an overprice as well...googled the afterwards and I am not the only one cheated here...do not shop there!!!
