This place is wonderful. It is well maintained and clean. The hours are generous.But most of all it is the people. Gloria and Jen are just so pleasant and informed. They go out of their way to make things as easy as possible.

If we ever move again ( God forbid! LOL) We will definitely use them again

I had to find somewhere to store my vehicle when I moved abroad for a year and found Camarillo Self-Storage to have the best rates. The woman at the front desk is so incredibly kind, when I mentioned I'd be studying abroad she offered to give me a student discount which I appreciated so much! Any time I've had to call she has been really sweet and informative. If I ever need to store anything again I will definitely be returning here!! Thank you guys for giving me an easy, safe, convenient place to keep my car while living overseas.

Jenn the manager is awesome, she goes out of her way for her customers. She is a joy and gives the best customer service. The facility is always clean. I highly recommend Camarillo Self Storage!

Very clean, easy to access and conveniently located Jen was very helpful answering questions for a first time storage renter. She showed several units for a visual comparison in size.

Un-professional, dishonest, unethical, disorganized, rude, unhelpful. That's my experience in talking with them on the phone after they sent me a bill for a monthly rental fee plus a late fee. The problem was I never even visited their storage facility or rented a storage unit from them. Wouldn't even consider using them now under any circumstances.

The facility is clean and safe and the people are very friendly and kind.

BEST STORAGE FACILITY in Southern California. After being at tons of different Southern Cal storage facilities, I found that Camarillo Self-Storage on Flynn Road in Camarillo (Ventura County) is the best. Why ? Entrance and exits have wide lanes and are easy to negotiate; locked entrance gate is wide, opens everytime with convenient keypad at gate; excellent night time lighting; excellent interior lighting; security cameras all over the place; always clean exterior yard and interior hallways; lots of rain gutters assure no water damages; shipping and storage boxes, tape, quality locks available inside management office; auto-pay via your bank account; courtesy calls to you if there are any problems with payment so you do not get hit with a penalty charge; Taco Bell right next door; many good motels and restraurants close by; and best of all, friendly manager Jenny Loera and staff always provide outstanding, courteous customer service. Quality facility, quality people, reasonable prices for various size storage needs. Definitely a 5 Star operation. Wish other storage facilities were as good as Camarillo Self-Storage. Conveniently located just north of Thousand Oaks/Newbury Park/Westlake Village and south of Oxnard/Ventura. Great place for your storage needs.
