We are passionate to love God, and our neighbors. God is calling us to saturate our community with the gospel through Christ-centered neighborhood groups. Imagine the potential of connected groups where people learn to make Jesus king, develop as spiritual leaders, discover God's love, and display it to one another and their neighbors. Imagine reaching our world for Christ one neighbor at a time. People will experience: personal restoration, thriving marriages, families strengthened to pass their faith to the next generation. There will be a workplace and school witness for Christ. Neighborhoods will be transformed communities for Christ.

Pastor Bruce is an amazing steward. He leads his flock into the word of God with no frills and gimmicks. I'm super blessed every time I go to this church. I wish I lived closer, I would make this church my home church for sure. Thank you to all the ministry leaders that make up this church. Thank you for serving the community of Camarillo/Ventura County. God is moving through the people of this body.

Calvary Nexus (AKA Calvary Chapel Camarillo) is a Christ-centered church with a strong emphasis on strengthening families and community in their walk with The Lord. I have been attending for a few years now and their approach to teaching the books of the bible is unparalleled. The multitude of ministries available are a testament to the Holy Spirit in action within the city and surrounding county. I have friends attending from Simi Valley, Ventura, Fillmore, Oxnard, Newbury Park and beyond not only to Sunday services, but to one of the dozens of Home Study Groups which saturate the entire Pleasant Valley. More than anything, I love the Church at the Park and Resurrection Sunday Services, which usually encompass between 2,500-3000 faithful!

I encourage all to partake of Calvary Nexus without reservation whatsoever!!!

I've now been going to Calvary Nexus in Camarillo for about 6 years. My wife and I have been to many churches and this one by far has been perfect for my two daughters, wife and I. We've grown so much in our walk with Christ as a family and I owe a lot of it to the leaders and helpers at the church always willing to listen and help.

I also am getting more involved with the Men's Group and have found an amazing group of friends that help me not only with learning sound doctrine but also guys I can run things by where I need some advice from godly men. I highly recommend getting in a group.

The other nice thing is the church is clean. They take care of the campus and want others to feel comfortable.

It has been a few years since I have been to this church but I enjoyed it when I went there. They have many of the same ministries. This is where I grew in my faith. I served here too! I did Nexus at night set up/greeting/clean up and I was on the prayer team. Anyways it has been a few years since I last went to this church because I got married and had kids ..we moved and life happened. It is worth checking out this church.

Came here when I was on vacation. It was an out-of-the-ordinary service because it was Youth Day where the ushers and greeters were high school kids and the youth pastor gave the message.

As an old fogey, I was initially put off as the youth pastor preaches way more quickly than I'm accustomed to.

But, as I turned it over in my mind, I realized how totally right-on it was. They're teaching the next generation to own their faith. Made me wish my church did youth day.

The worship was great and the message gave me something I marveled at and still apply to my life today.

If I lived nearby, this would be my home church.

ETA: This service stuck in my mind. A few months later, this old fogey became a youth worker at her own church--and am having the time of my life.

Calvary Nexus is like family to me. I look forward to going there every week and when I happen to be out of town, I really miss them! Great teaching of the Bible by the Pastors all of whom are humble, down to earth people. I love the transparency of the leadership, I can relate when someone is like that.
