I called other businesses and they wanted to charge a arm and a leg for parts. This business had several options for the wheels I needed for my sliding door and they are reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for your sliding door needs.

he had me send a photo of my track called me back and said the door was off the track and walked me thru putting it back I wrote a review that day
Fast forward to last Thursday and again it happened I called and scheduled an appointmen. Today David & Cathy arrived on time and removed the door replaced the rollers re installed it and it wasn't to their liking so the installed different set
these doors are 26 years old and they have never worked as good
If you have any issues with sliding doors don't even think of calling anyone else

4 highly recommended screen & sliding glass door companies couldn't fathom how to fix my constantly-stuck screen doors, but California Sliding Doors & Parts not only took on the challenge but did an extraordinary job. After so many years of closing but leaving a gap, getting stuck, off-track or coming off completely, our patio doors now glide!! I could not recommend Tracey & Terry more highly!!! (PS- They're also very very nice!!)

Tracy & Terry fixed my sliding door which had gotten very hard to open and close. I needed it done quickly and they worked me into their schedule. They communicated well before they got here and were friendly and efficient. It slides really easily now and the lock works great. Fixed the problem and also sent me some parts for the screen door which needed some repair. I'd highly recommend this company.

David and Brice were truly great. They not only fixed our (VERY old and extremely broken) sliding glass door but they were so friendly and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

A week ago my slider tracks were filling up and I needed to put towels in them stem the water. I called and Tracy was very empathetic and understood the assignment, as they say. Despite being very booked up because of the rain, she was able to get me an appointment on Saturday before the storm hit. I'm so thankful that they came out and did the work! They thoroughly cleaned out the weep holes- a big job as my sliders are huge and had to be removed. Did it work? YES. My slider tracks stayed dry as a bone. So worth the money. Thanks again, guys!

Fantastic experience! I was looking for a party all over the internet for a sliding glass door. I couldn't seem to pinpoint the exact product. I didn't have an exact product model, part number or brand. I found those company on Yelp and it was local to me! I called them and they were good enough to allow me to send them a picture of what I was looking for. And boom they had the part I needed!!! They told me they had it available and gave me price, very very reasonable. I made an appointment and picked it up, paid And was on my way. The part fit like a glove!

I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is, and how ethical and cordial they are. Sliding glass doors in California is an industry that can be extremely unethical and I am fortunate enough to find the one company who was the exception. I had five vendors comes out. I was given numerous options to replace me entire set of Pella doors to grinding them down. I was Asked to pay thousands of dollars and not given truthful advice about my set up.

These guys were so amazing. They spent five+ hours here. They actually took the doors off, cleaned them, removed the old rollers, and most importantly, explained what was wrong, and how to fix it. They adjusted the frame holders, and fixed my issue to the best of their ability. They gave honest recommendations and went beyond what was asking. Finally, the quote I was given, I paid less when work was done. This company is so honest and amazing, I cannot say enough. Please be careful with those vendors who advertise in the magazines, they are snake oil salesman's. These guys are the diamond in the rough. I won't have to use them for a while, but in five years or so, will call back.

Another house; another sliding glass door that needed service. I'm really glad I knew to call California Sliding Door Parts and Repair Service!

This door has been in use since 1969 and developed latch problems. First it was "floppy latch", which occasionally locked us out of the house if the door was closed behind us. Very inconvenient. Terry fixed that but then another problem happened... the door was permanently locked. Equally inconvenient and unsafe.

Brice and Randy responded this time, jiggled the door open but the latching system proved to be unfixable. Fearing the worst, a need to replace the entire door, Brice put on his "thinking cap" and proposed a rather innovative solution: replace the metal door edge with an updated lock. We're still talking old technology but Brice assured me it will be a reliable fix.

Then came the day when the parts had been sourced and the repair was done. Again, Brice and Randy worked their magic. The repair was done in a timely and competent manner. These guys are real professionals and nice people too!

Kudos to the entire team that took care of this problem: Brice, Randy, Annette, and Terry!

The sliding glass door to our patio was frozen shut and falling out of its frame. Brice and David showed up and corrected every issue with the track, door, and handle in about 45 minutes. They were prompt, polite, well-spoken, and arrived with everything they needed. They even removed and reset the door's ring sensor. I didn't feel rushed to test and they answered all of my questions with some real expertise.

As home repair experiences go, this was top notch.

Through a phone call and photo, he assessed the problem and had the right part (see image) It fit my sliding door and now the door is secure ! Thank you, I highly recommend his service :)

would add that he was very reliable and gave good advice. I had purchased a different replacement of the handle and strike and he guided that I only needed the strike. Since the holes were already there, I was able to do it myself once I had the proper part.
