California Pizza Kitchen

I managed my expectations for a chain restaurant and I wasn't disappointed.
Just got the lunch special for which I ordered a salad and individual pizza.

It was filling, especially with the complimentary bread and seasoned oil brought out before the meal.
The salad and pizza were fine and service by Jordan was pleasant.

The floor by table was sticky with a spilled drink and ice cubes when I was directed to my table, but no staff walking by seemed to pay it any attention through the end of my meal.

My girlfriend and I decided to try this pizza restaurant. We couldn't decide between pizza and pasta so we shared and ordered both. I ordered the California Veggie Pizza and it was fantastic. It had the perfect amount of toppings on a thin cauliflower crust. It was perfectly cooked so it was crispy and delicious.

The pasta we ordered was the spaghetti and it was so tasty, it was the best pasta I've tried in a long time. I would definitely recommend both. My favorite personally is the pizza I'm a sucker for the thin crust pizza, definitely get the cauliflower crust it's worth it.

Shoutout to Kate our server she served us with a positive attitude and made our visit special. She was very kind and she checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was amazing!

This review is about our dinner visit to California Pizza Kitchen. Our attender Grace was fantastic, and she was very helpful in guiding through the and took care of food, kudos to her. To start with spinach artichoke dip, along with the house sourdough bread and olive oil dip. The chips and dip were definitely tasty and much better and fresh than other restaurants. The house bread was tasty, too. We also ordered a mango strawberry cooler drink, and it was refreshing. For the entree, we ordered California vegetarian pizza and basil spaghetti with broccoli. From the kids' menu, we ordered cheese pizza and curly macaroni and cheese. The vegetarian pizza was so fresh with no butter and felt so fresh from the oven. The sauce on the spaghetti definitely is good and felt so fresh, too. The kids' menu items were enough sizeable portions, and the kids enjoyed it. We were celebrating a birthday and we got a desert on the house with a candle on it very nice of them
This place is definitely worth trying. We will be visiting here again.

Shout out to KATE For being an awesome sauce sweetheart to me. She was so kind and polite & her services was amazing. I would recommend this place and Kate to anyone who wants delicious pizza or pasta or what ever they desire.

Terrible!! This is their chicken Alfredo. They first forgot the chicken. They did bring me a very small portion of chicken on the side that I had to toss in the Alfredo myself. The Alfredo was really dry. Definitely needs extra sauce.

The waiter Thomas was amazing and I felt bad because it wasn't his fault that the food was so bad

Always a good stop for fun pizza after some shopping. Staff was nice and friendly. Not a super busy location so we got seated right away and served quickly.

At first the server was pleasant and brought the bread and drinks out quickly, and then it all went down hill from there. We ordered a burger and pasta dish. It took 25 minutes!!!! The restaurant was not busy at all, it was Friday at 5:30pm.

During the wait, the waiter just stands around chatting with other waiters, I finished my entire cup of water, no asking for refill, no coming to apologize for the long wait. I have to get another person to give me a cup of water because I was so pissed up.

Then finally the meal arrived, the burger was horrible. It's the first time I ordered the burger at CPK, never again. The bread is so dry, patty and bacon overcooked.
The pasta was not good either, the noodles are hots but shrimp is warm??? What's going on today????

I am extremely disappointed with the meal and service tonight. I also give my CPK rewards number to the server for check out, there is $5 reward to redeem but the waiter did not ask if we would like to use it.

I regret giving the $10 tips.

I posted a 1 star review on my terrible experience on Jan 1st 202. Deborah from cpk from customer experience responded to put my experience on a link that has been suspended.

That means they never look or try to address issues that occurred

Better to spend your money somewhere else

I usually don't like posting negative reviews to anyone establishment, particularly during these hard times were few people rather stay home forcing restaurants owners to take drastic measures! However is fair to mention the CPK at the King of Prussia at 160 N Gulph Rd, the service is less desirable than many other I have eaten with my family and friends.
I was at this place today and I sat down for 21 minutes with my wife and my son mother-in-law and the server didn't even offer us bread. I visited previously with my family 8 months ago and the food was served late to our disappointment. Please review waiters protocols.
