Don't go there if you expect timely or courteous customer service. I felt like I was at an auto repair shop in a backwards 3rd world country. I was trying to get hail damage on my cadillac repaired. Called on Monday and Tuesday to setup the appointment for Wednesday. Longest phone call of my life with an auto shop. Their process is overly complex and backwards. Lady needs a lesson in customer service. Showed up there on Wednesday to drop off the car ash the scheduled time. Go figure, they didn't have me on their schedule or any record of me calling or setting up the appointment. Then the lady remembers speaking to me the day before. She then tries to explain their overly complex process again. I said I want to have the hail damaged repaired and I will pay for it. They seem to want all of my insurance and other information, but still wasn't sure when they could schedule me??? Complete waste of time. I left, drove down the street, and got taken care of in less than 5 minutes at another body shop that understands good customer service. Avoid Caliber Collision.

I needed to have some uninsured driver inflicted damage on my wife's hybrid repaired. I picked Caliber Collision, being in Wylie it lined up well between work and home travel, plus at least one of my Yelper friends had used them with success.
We showed up on a Saturday morning and were warmly greeted by the lady behind desk. We immediately started the paperwork process of quoting repairs and obtaining rental car. My insurance was picking up the repairs and I paid deductible at end of repairs/pickup. Enterprise Rental (review pending) showed up within 20 minutes to take us to their lot which fit neatly into the amount of time needed to get quote and timeline for completion of repairs. The gentleman that managed our repair end to end was great! Our car being a hybrid was a concern along with matching the pearlescent white paint. Neither item turned out to be issue and I could see the care they took in the list of repaired labor items.
Being a tech guy I like it when small companies use even a little to keep me the customer in the loop. I liked getting a daily text with status to keep me well informed. No wasted time or wondering. I did manage to screw the auto-texts up on day three but then the auto emails started with status. Word to wise don't reply to the auto text. The system might mistake the reply for a "stop" message...
We had been given a Monday complete date which seemed a little too long based on the slight damage to be repaired, but in the end it took only five days and we were cleared to pick up on Friday. Promise what you can deliver and deliver early!
Caliber does close at 6PM and as it turned out Friday near 5 o'clock was traffic crazy. I was heading over from house, my wife trying to fight Richardson to Wylie traffic, it was clear she was not going to make it much before 6PM. I decided to go into shop early to finish pickup process and have car waiting for my wife. That would put us there with 3 cars when you included the rental- we might have some post 6PM running around to get the rental car returned. It turned out NOT to be a problem. The nice ladies at the counter advised just park the rental and give them the keys, Enterprise would come back for it another day- problem solved! I absolutely despise wasted time- I am a planner.
In the end the experience was very professional and repairs looked to be perfect. I've scanned the paint match and so far I cannot tell between original and new.
Noteworthy-the repairs are lifetime guaranteed!

Requested a diagnostic test dropped off 4 hrs later I called to check status & was told they probably would t get to it today. I really didn't expect not to have my car for the next day. next day I went to pick it up and waited 20 mins for them to find my keys while other customers came and went. Extremely disappointed. Gave 3 stars were polite-

We took our 2019 Kia Sorrento to these guys for repair and were treated fairly and courteously.

I brought my car in to have it repaired for some debris that hit my car in the highway. Jake gave me an estimate that said it would take 9 work days to complete the repairs. Not only did the repairs get done expertly, they were done in just 5 days. I am a customer for life!!!! Thanks to Jake and all the others that made this experience pleasant.

Went in and waited patiently only to be told you have to make an appointment to just get an estimate. The car is drivable and we told them we were in no hurry on the repairs and just wanted an estimate. The young lady just repeated herself on the two and a half week wait just to have it looked at for estimate. We would be repeat customers but were really put off at the attitude of this person. They must have all the business they can handle? They won't be getting ours.

Worst service ever. Originally scheduled a 10min estimate with them, since truck was drivable it was a 2 month wait ! Had to cancel appt due to work & now it's another 2 month wait.
Don't bother with this body shop !

Caliber Collision had amazing customer service. I dropped my car off for repairs and within a week they had it repaired and back to me. All of this happened over the Christmas break and I was expecting lots of delays. No delays and my car was returned in perfect condition, quicker then expected. I am a very pleased customer.

WARNING!!! Do not go here. They stripped my car of all VIN plates forcing me to go to the state highway patrol for reinspection. Also, they did the worst job on matching the paint color and car looks horrible afterwards. A lot of corner cutting. Waste of money!

I am a repeat customer. This place makes an otherwise stressful task simple and painless. Unfortunately I had a small fender bender and they were able to fix it in no time.

My car was damaged on the driver's side do to a collision in a Dallas construction zone, where the lane ended and I had to shift lanes. Caliber repaired the damage in 4 days and it's as good as new. I appreciate the quality of work they do and the warranty they provide.
