So glad I discovered this authentic Taiwanese food spot! After my first bite, I know I would be coming back again and again.
We ordered their pork hook with vermicelli, large intestine, pig ears, pork chop over rice and oyster pancake. Everything is so yummy and definitely reminded me of Taiwan.
Can't wait to try all my favorite Taiwanese dishes from here!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Vicky C.Fremont, CA26030815107Aug 1, 2021
Good place for Taiwanese food. Food isn't salty or overly oily. We had the Taiwanese sausage, fried pork chop, and sticky rice. All tasted good.

Not Accept Credit Card!
It is not in my memory for authentic Taiwanese food. I was born and grow up in Taiwan. I had 萬巒豬腳飯、炸銀絲卷、紅豆粉粿冰。
The pork hock was okay. (3/5) the pork mince on the rice wasn't very good. Pickled bamboo wasn't good. It came with half boiled egg. Not much favors.
Fired Bun was awful. (-3/5) Can't be eaten. It soaked in oil, not just dry outside and dry inside. It was overcooked. Full of oil.
Red bean with Fen Gue (2/5)
First impression "where is the Fen Fue?" It hidden in the bottom. Fen gue was not very tasty. It was not evenly mixed. I can taste different textures in one piece. I should go get Meet Fresh.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Apr 11, 2021
They are doing take out only during covid.
Had the oyster omelet, pork belly dish and rice. ~$31 total. Good sized servings. It would have fed 3 people. It is located in a small center across from McDonald's. Next to an Indian restaurant and Mexican restaurant .
They only take cash and debt card. No credit cards. Looked like a family owned business. Quite a few people picking up take out orders. I'm glad they are doing well during covid times.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jan 19, 2020
I can't say much as a 1st gen kid, but my parents grew up in taiwan and love this place for the authenticity.
Food was filling and very comforting. Cabbage dish w small shrimp for flavoring was so good. Also had a stuffed fish ball soup dish, fried noodles (lacking toppings if I'm very honest), and pork blood cake (could have done without the sweet sour sauce because I'm used to having this in a savory hot pot setting).
In typical first gen kid fashion I don't know the proper names of any of these dishes, so here are some pictures!
Around New Years they also make turnip cake, sticky rice cake, and taro cake (and more) that you can order before they close after lunch, and then you can pick it up the same day around. We bought some of these and had a great meal at home too.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Joy C.Dublin, CA03Aug 11, 2023
It is a pity that the resturant has closed because the food was pretty decent. Does anyone know if the owner/chef has moved to another location?

Missing the street food in Taiwan. Today we tried stinky tofu and as always oyster egg omelette which I don't know where else in Tri valley area serves this dish. Taiwanese sausage and rice never fails. It's everyone's favorite.

Decent Taiwanese food!
In-person ordered, wait time was around 5 min.
Overall food are not too salty or oily, quality is pretty good. Rice ball is chewy, oyster pancake has lots of big oysters! If you like Taiwanese food, this is the place to go!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 6803172892Oct 29, 2018
Small Taiwanese restaurant tucked away in Pleasanton. The food was amazing. We got the oyster omelette, mixed veggies, beef noodle soup, and this stewed fish filet for three people. I would say my favorites were the beef noodle and the fish. Very soft and flavorful meat. I love beef noodle soup so I guess I'm biased. Definitely would come back here again.
The Jasmine green tea they also give you is really fragrant and delicious.
