Dr. Harper is arrogant and self righteous.
He left me without medication due to a travel plan of 1.5 months. I ran out of medication's during my travels and had to see an emergency room out of country. In return, this cost me great expense, an embarrassment.
I've been a patient of Dr Harper's for a period of approximately five years, and always felt as if he looked it down on me, and was always very self righteous
I would advise anyone who is paying a premium for the services to choose your doctors carefully. Do your research. Look at reviews and speak to these MDVIP physicians before you pay the premium. .

Dr. Harper is an amazing doctor, he makes you feel like you are the only one in the office, he does not rush you, answers every question, addresses every concern, you can have faith in this amazing doctor!!
