Dude sold me a counterfeit KindPen vaporizer. If I had been well versed in all the portable vaporizers and what they look like and how much they cost I would've caught it, but I wasn't so I didn't. Kinda half my fault, but still, do your research before you buy here.

If you actually want to try your juice before buying it, go somewhere else. Clogged, ancient clearomizers and rigs that don't fire at all... If you manage to find a flavor that you can actually sample, their prices aren't bad. They tend to come just a smidgen under other shops in the area. The selection for equipment is very, very small as more then half of their shop is a headshop. I've never seen anyone purchase from the headshop side so I feel like it's a lot of wasted space, they could easily half their headshop stock and start carrying more vape equipment and juice. The employees I've met there have been nice enough, however I do feel like they need to start greeting people when they come in.

I've been coming to this shop since I began vaping in May of this year, and they have been great to me. The staff are very knowledgeable, they will assist me on my hardware that I did not buy there, and their selection is good. I've never felt ignored or that my business has not been wanted here. I recommend this shop to anybody I can.

Location I went to was on Old Hickory Boulevard. The woman that works on Monday mornings was very rude to me, and treated me as if there's no other vape shops in the area. We're just so happens to be one right down the street called Vape USA. That gentleman was very nice. I live across the street from this location, but will not use them because the customer service stood out that much. It was bad enough where I opened a Yelp account to make this review.
