Burger King

Ordered burgers from this establishment, $66 worth for me and some friends. We got all the same burgers. The guy who took the order at the window had typed it in correct as the receipt reflected. Who ever cooked them up didn't make the right sandwiches, not even in the same ballpark. They were all incorrect and slapped together like they were thrown across the room, the sauce was a small shot that was no more round than a penny.
When the women came out to hand me the bag, with a rude dialog in her voice, she said "next time call ahead you held up our drive through, we are short staffed." She then turned and walked away.. Called corporate and said they'd get back to me in 3-5 business days. Still waiting as it's been now six business days.

1) got my order wrong
2) dropped my drink into my brand new car
3) way overpriced.

Quite possibly the worst BK in the chain. They can NEVER get the order correct. That's not an exaggeration. Literally have never gotten a correct order. After correcting everything multiple times when ordering, you'll see the screen is actually correct. But that's a challenge. Then they still can't manage to put the right stuff in the bag. Add that to how absolutely disgusting the building looks and this place should be shut down. Used to go there merely due to convenience of the location but I won't go near it anymore. How BK allows this franchise location to continue is amazing to me.

Terrible service, but the food tastes slightly better than McDonald's, which is why I bother coming here sometimes. Last night however I went inside to place an order (since management refuses multiple coupons through drive thru for whatever stupid reason) and a fight broke out between the employees. Myself and another customer watched in horror as the employees had a shouting match with each other. 1/10 would not go again unless I'm not feeling like McDonald's again.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! The wait time is insane.i was there over 30 minutes. While there, someone puked on the floor. One of the staff put two chairs around it and left. It stayed. The entire place REEKS of cigarrettes. The manager was continually yelling at his staff, yet stood around. Finally got order and it was wrong. More waiting. Weirdest of all, this place is a kids club with a huge playground. Cannot even imagine the germs. EW! Whoever owns this place needs to wake up. I never leave bad reviews, but honestly, just don't!!!!!

Every time I go here, I have problems. I'm a local resident of Weston, and I've been going to this very Burger King since I was old enough to eat a burger. Today, I'm done. Last night, I ordered during prime dinner time (6pm) and was told to pull around to the front (which always happens here, I'm used to it). What's weird though is that there were no other cars there, but I still had to wait 15 mins for my food. When it finally came to me, it came out cold, and on the way home, I realized they forgot my drink too. Didn't go back to get it, and not going back ever. I can understand waiting when it's busy, but during prime dinner hour when it's fully staffed and yet no customers? And then it comes out cold? This happens every single time, so I'll take my business elsewhere.

The fries were fresh, but the burger wasn't warm at all! Very disappointed. The wait was a lot shorter then most times

Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Disorganized and slow. 15 minutes To go through the drive thru is ridiculous. Go across the street to the McDonalds instead of stopping at this place.

Over cooked chicken fries, cold burgers, fries and chicken nuggets tasted like it's been cooked in old grease. Flat soda.. After I got home ended throwing everything in trash. Had a discusting taste once I bit into the burger. Thus place is gross.

At this rate, they will go out of business just like Hardees did and for the same reason. I placed my order at the counter with an employee that was neither rude nor friendly on Thurs at 5:37 pm.There seemed to be people working on the food but it must have all been for the drive up because myself & the others (looked angry too) at the counter just waited & waited.My shake was made right away & set on the counter.At 5:53 I was going to ask for a refund & go somewhere else but I saw they had just started on the rest of my order.I was given my order but I told the cashier I wanted a new shake as the original one was obviously all melted.He immediately made me a new shake but I received no apology or even a thanks for waiting(5:54 now).My favorite fast food restaurant in this neighborhood used to be Hardees but the wait time for food was so great I stopped going & so did everyone else. They closed.Take a look at the booming business they are doing across the street at McDonalds.I wld never have had a wait like this.I love Woppers,but it will be a while bfore I feel like going back. If you lose too much business this way,you will end up like Hardees.17 min wait for fast food
