Came for the loo.

All was fine.
Tidy enough.

Staff was outside having a smoke when I arrived.
I got a diet Dr Pepper for the road.

It ruled.

Unless you have time on your hands - I would choose another one of the fast food spots near by. During the time of our visit: they ran out of toilet paper in the women's and men's bathrooms, ran out of hand soap in the men's bathroom, there was no ice in the soda machine, and the sweet tea canisters were on the counter with the registers - being shared by the customers and the workers handling the drive thru. This fast food wasn't very fast... Several people left the line while we waited for our order and the activity in the back was...slow. We didn't feel a sense of urgency.

I know a lot of places are understaffed these days, so idk if this was a bad day.

Our order was correct and hot.

This was the worse burge i have ever bought. its been years since i bought a bugger at Burger King . Now I know I will never go back. The burger came out cold and soggy. They should not call their onion rings onion rings because I got breaded fried circles. Stay away from that place. Plus the drive through took forever and we were the only one in line. Now let's hope i don't get the runs :(. I should have waited for Texas stake house that was two miles down the road.

It was time to stop for lunch on ouas requested r drive to South Carolina. The staff was pleasant. My husband ordered a customized Whooper, and it was delivered minus the tomato and onion . It was freshly cooked and served hot.

They closed the store early I thought the number 1 rule is to never close the store early in the food industry they are right by the highway so it would make sense to stay open until it's actually time to close

Horrible! We sat at the order window for more than 20 minutes. Well, while sitting here talking about the bad service, I went online and saw that they provide you with dirty cups so, we pulled off. I called back and told the Manager about the problem and she said staff had called out and she couldn't do any better. How about you close the fast food restaurant now! Had to go to McDonald's across the street.

I would like to give it a 0! Dirty disgusting smelly bathroom. If we hadn't already paid for our food I would have left once I saw this bathroom. One of the workers was sweeping the filthy carpet in the dining room for about 5 minutes. The food was awful and tiny. They charged me to fill my travel drink cup. All I can say is we should have gone to McDonalds across the street. Last time BK!!!

This Burger King does not deserve any stars. Stars are meant for acceptable customer service. My family was hungry and excited when we saw a Burger King and expected a great breakfast. It was everything but the opposite. I understand it was breakfast time but it was not busy. The drive thru customers were not taking care of and inside was even worse. All the customers inside got the wrong orders were rung up wrong and did not get any utensils or condiments with their meal. Upon the food the manager didn't even know what the orders were and doubted herself when she was giving the orders out. A road trip can be stressful enough and this experience made it worse. I hope they can improve their service.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Every table was dirty the floor was sticky and the staff just ignored it. Patrons had to clean their own tables.

Absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to. The woman at the window was unfriendly and rude, she gave us the wrong order, gave no straws, and provided no straws. The manager was friendly and corrected the problem, but the other staff members were rude and neglectful. I won't hurry back.
