I was rear-ended .the responsible insurance company said that they were not going to pay for the front-end scrape incured when I tapped the medium.
I was plesenty surprised when my wife picked up the car and the front-end scrape was buffed out.
These guys went above and beyond.

I showed up there without an appointment (I was driving past) and asked if they could just come outside (in the freezing below zero temps) to look at the side of my car where a panel was out of place. I expected them to say I needed to make an appointment, or give me a quick estimate of what it would cost to repair. But Dennis just took his fist and quickly knocked it back into place. Done so fast, no charge, no issue. I have used Bump and Grind so many times and it is always quality work and such pleasant employees. GREAT business!

they kept my car for literally 2 months before they even STARTED on it. dont use unless you have hella rental money to burn

Bump and Grind exceeded my expectations. In this very challenging time of getting parts delivered the body shop was very honest about the challenges and provided me with a realistic timeframe. They worked directly with my insurance and car maker (Lexus in this case) and provided me with updates. Everyone was friendly and informative. Upon picking up my car ALL my settings were as I had left them (seat location, radio, review mirror etc). And my car was fully detailed. Seems like a small thing but speaks to their customer service. Special note to Matt who was amazing.

Very pleased with the black metallic paint work they did on my Tacoma roof!! From the estimate to finish very professional and adhering to COVID practices throughout process. The paint work looks great. Facility is very cool, glad to see a business like this here in Homer Glen. I will be back for my next automotive body work.. Dennis was great.. Thank you

Do not use crapbag place there loose tow truck driver damage cars then the zero that owner dont want to do nothing about it just think of what real great body work they will do to your car go zome were else

They repaired my brand new SUV last November 2017 after it was hit by a car ... a year later they helped correct a problem that developed from the accident involving the driver window motor. They did a fast, great job repairing it at a very reasonable cost. These guys are very dependable and professional.

Terrible service. Refused to do a free estimate because the man working was literally just too lazy. No one there knows what they are talking about. Do not call expecting a person who knows what they are talking about to answer the phone, cause no one there knows a thing about dealing with insurance matters and refused work. I wonder how many people have been turned away because of their lazy and unprofessional employees. And you probably shouldn't be so rude to people calling within the first minute of talking to them. She bit my head off twice and I could barely even get a word out.

great job guys.,i didn't have to do nothing but make 1 phone call to my insurance...you did all the rest. with this company.u don't have no insurance night mares.

Denise was super helpful. Saw me right away even though it was a minor incident with my bumper. Car looks just like new after he fixed it. Awesome service and hospitality.
