For carry out order. Ordered an hour in advance, and at the sceduled time the food was not ready. Had to wait another half hour for my order, which was brought to me cold. Wings, fries, everything - Cold. Won't be going back. Fast food chicken strips or McNuggets are at least served warm.

Service was good, the food was awful and the price was outrageous. The atmosphere was very loud but That is Common with a sports bar. I will not return.

This place has gone downhill fast. Horrible food experience, I definitely won't br back.

Service real spotty - order a drink with 7up they only have SIERRA MIST! What bar makes drinks with Sierra Mist?! Blaaaa

Yikes. One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time.
First it took them 5 minutes to fine a table for 4+ a high chair even with tons of open tables and no wait (per them when we called ahead)
Then they shove us in a corner on top of other people next to a kiosk. My chair was smashed into multiple times by wait staff. Not their fault, we shouldn't have been seated so close to a walkway.
They're out of Mac n cheese.
We order an app. It comes. We have to eat it without silverware because we don't see our waitress again.
We ordered 4 meals. All 4 came at separate times. The last one came out after being asked where it was. It was so hot our child couldn't eat it. yet mine and my husbands food is now cold.
They did end up covering the meal that came out 10+ minutes after the first one came out. But I have never been to a restaurant where all 4 meals come out at completely separate times.

November, 2022. We stopped in for lunch. we hadn't been here in a while. I have no complaint about the food but service could be improved. Waitress did not check back on drink refills and there was only about less than 10 customers in the place. My real complaint is how dirty the whole place was. The floors were littered and the booth we sat in had food and garbage between the seat and the back of the booth. The women's bathroom had a bad smell and toilets were filthy, even cobwebs between the floor and stall walls. I know everyone is short on help, but when you're not busy with customers, there is a lot of cleaning that should be done! we will not be visiting this location again.

Ordered $70 through their app for a party two hours before scheduled pickup. They were still :30 minutes late. When we arrived home we were missing all of our chosen dips and veggies except one bag of celery. I even called and talked to the manager right before the order was ready and they still messed it up. And he said he'd take care of us. Nope nothing. I sent an email off to customer relations after waiting a week. They responded with a free 6 wings... lol. Go somewhere else !

This is by far the most poorly run restaurant I have ever experienced in my life. It was so bad I actually took the time to write a Yelp review for the first time ever.

I came with a large group, we suggested splitting our group into smaller groups to make it easier for the restaurant. They refused the suggestion and sat us all together and left our large group under the care of one unfortunate waitress. Meanwhile while she was left to handle our large group alone the rest of the staff stood around doing nothing, not helping her out, while the rest of the restaurant was empty. They stood around doing nothing. When we politely suggested that they give our waitress an extra hand they responded that they could not help her, with a rude attitude. To make matters worse, almost every one of our orders was messed up and we had about a 2 hour wait (keep in mind the rest of the restaurant was empty).

Terribly mismanaged with a rude staff, I will never return to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would, although some sort of negative point system would be more applicable.

Our food was good and the orders were correct, but the service was marginal. Our server was struggling to get things right and it just took much longer than I think it should've.

With other BWW's in the area, I don't think I'll be back. I can pass on this one and move on to others.

They are always messing up orders and seem to forget parts too this happens on a regular basis. Be careful with their app also had my order sent to a different location for pick up told the manager and even showed him the email receipt with this location on it, had to wait for my food to be remade.

Best place for Wings & Draft Beer!!! Plus Sports!!! Love BDubs!!! The service was good and the order was correct. Plus was able to watch the Cubs game plus many other sports.
