Budget Blinds of Castle Rock

Scott from Budget Blinds is great. I highly recommend him. He helped me get Norman roller shades for my entire main level. After a very bad experience with the Denver Shade Company (had to get a lawyer involved for them to do what they agreed to do), Scott helped me get some awesome Lutron Sivoia QS automatic shades. It is hard to find someone that does this that doesn't cost a fortune, so if you're into Lutron blinds, then Scott is your man. I highly recommend them.

We used Budget Blinds of Castle Rock to install blinds in our new home. The whole process was flawless. We've met with Isabella to see products and measure windows. Isabella is very cheerful and energetic, she knows products very well and makes useful suggestions. We went with Roller Shades and Shutters to get modern, clean look and are very happy with the results. It took only 4 weeks between the order and installation and Renee kept us updated with the order status. Installation was incredible, Paul and Jeremy managed to install blinds for 23 windows for less than two hours! Jeremy installed motorized roller shades and it was amazing to see how fast and efficient he works. I would highly recommend this company everybody is professional, experienced and friendly, products are high quality and reasonably priced and end result is excellent.

I had the pleasure of working with Isabel on the initial consult of doing new blinds in my home. They were the only company I could find that would actually come to my home and advise me in person- this is very important to me with big major purchases. Then I had Phil and Jeremy do the install and they took their shoes off in my home (so respectful). They vacuumed up their mess. The install was flawless. The shutters are beautiful. The owner Renee stopped by to monitor the work and so did the rep Isabel. I haven't had customer service like this in a long time. Thye have manners and care. The work is perfect. Look no further, use this company.

Selling my home and reached out to Budget Blinds about repairing some of my blinds that the cat chewed the pull cords. Renee contacted me quickly and let me know they did not do repairs but gave me a name and contact of someone who could. Appreciated and respected her commitment to service even when there was no current business opportunity. I will give them a call for any of my blind needs.

I had a great experience with Joe from Budget Blinds. My window coverings arrived on time as promised and they look great! I would definitely use them again.

We just had our plantation shutters installed yesterday. When we were out in September, we decided to get shutters as we have them in our house in New Jersey. We were so happy we went with Scott Kewley from Budget Blinds. He came on time and was very knowledgeable. He told us it would be a 8-10 week delivery time. We were pleased as we were not coming back till December. In November, we got a call to say the blinds were in and we set up a date. Scott and his wife were prompt, masked and got right to work. Within 1 hour , we had beautiful shutters. Needless to say, it was worth every penny. I believe he is the new owner of this business and I would highly recommend him.

Do not use Joe ! He is rude and talks down to his clients sad that he is the owner of this company ! He low balled a price for shutters this morning then when the estimate came in at over 2500 more than his low ball price I asked if there was any special or promotions available he said no my prices are the best . I told him I didn't think what he did was fair and to be honest would of been happy to pay the higher price for a better product if he could of worked with us a little . Sad that he lost a $7000 sale because he's arrogant . The good thing is we now know we want plantation shutters and I'm sure someone in Castle Rock will be happy to sell them to me !!!! If you have an appointment with him run the other way do not waste your time .

This is a bummer since we really liked the previous franchise owner. However Mr. Linnemeyer has been extremely rude and juvenile when trying to deal with him. He continuously interrupted both me and my wife in multiple phone conversations, not letting us make a warranty claim. When I asked him to stop interrupting me, his response was profane "F You" which he repeated multiple times.

The previous franchise owner was gracious and supported us when we had issues. But the same blind which has been giving us issues for years is not supported under Joe. It seems from the other reviews that Joe works great when the money is freshly in his wallet, but supporting the clients he inherited by buying the franchise is not his concern.

Don't listen to any warranty claims he may make.

Good luck communicating with this petulant business owner. He is very slow to respond to any communication, email, or phone, and when he can be bothered to do so, is extremely rude. You must work around HIS time constraints, your schedule matters not a bit to him. Never have I had such trouble communicating with ANY contractor of any sort.

I did a lot of research and had a lot of people come to the house before we decided on Joe. He is so prompt and professional not to mention that his pricing was very competitive. We only could afford to buy a few blinds for our new house and we told Joe that when we could we would order the rest. He wasn't pushy and completely understood. We received the first set of blinds and we're so happy with them. We finally were able to order the second set and now we're just so excited to receive those. I would highly recommend Budget blinds and particularly Joe Linnemeyer!!
