We are a brick & mortar store that is 63 years old. A family-owned business until January of 2023 when the new owner, Kelly Scott, took over. We provide our customers with the same top-quality flowers, mater designers, and exemplary customer service that locals have known for years! We sincerely want our customers to receive the same service we would expect. We know our clients have high expectations and we look forward to serving Mooresville and the surrounding area for many more years to come!

Downtown Mooresville has a beautiful shop on Main Street, Bud & Bloom Florist. I was walking by today and was surprised at all the items I could see through the window besides flower arrangements, so I stopped in.
The shop is tastefully arranged with live plants on the right near the entrance, and the rest of the shop with zones for different themed home decor accessories. There's even a table area with seating if you need to rest while shopping.
The arrangement counter is in the back so if you need help with picking out something in the front part of the shop, or need an arrangement put together, head on to the back to be helped.

Bud and Bloom did the family flowers for my dad's funeral this week. All of the arrangements were absolutely stunning and Kelly and her husband, Brennan were so nice and easy to work with. I didn't take pictures because we were at a funeral, but the flowers were beautiful, and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends! Thank you so much!!

Ordered flowers for my friend's bday and had some quirky requests- everyone there was great and helpful. Very friendly and the flowers looked great. I think it makes sense to let the artist use their own imagination when creating for you! I just gave them a color palette and they went above and beyond.

I called Bud & Bloom Florist within 10 min of them closing. I needed something delivered and called to see if they would. Without hesitation, they made it happen! My son called Bud & Bloom recently and ordered two flower arrangements at the last minute due to a failed request with 800 Flowers.
Bud & Bloom came through for him in their last working hour on a Saturday and even made both deliveries. The flowers were beautiful!! They have gained a long distance customer from California.

This is a beautiful place. They went above and beyond to create the product I came in for. I had called them and they emailed pics of the framed prints they had. I went to purchase one of the prints but needed one more. The lady searched and searched through their inventory and was able to accommodate my needs. I was very pleased.

I have always ordered flowers at Bud & Bloom, Funerals, prom etc. Very satisfied. My husband ordered flowers for my birthday and they sent me the wrong flowers. I took them back and they gave me the correct order. Very satisfied. I was in Florida when my aunt passed away. I ordered flowers Bud & Bloom wired them out. The arrangement didn't look anything like what I ordered. They didn't even call to say they didn't have the flowers to do the arrangement, or would I like to pick another arrangement. I was compensated for it. Very satisfied. (just disappointed) My husband called to order me flowers for my birthday, and he was told they would not take orders from us anymore because we were too much trouble. I only complained when they did me wrong. Now they are doing me wrong again. Time to find a new florist, and tell my friends, and family about how we were treated.

Fantastic florist. The flowers were beautiful. The customer service was exceptional. Even though I booked online, the store called to confirm delivery and spelling (I had made a typo). Will definitely do business with again.

Bud & Bloom was a life saver today! My daughter had a 30th Birthday today. Her day wasn't quiet going as well as this momma thought it should. I called the florist at 12:15, they had flowers to her by 3:30. They really made a big difference in both of our day! Forever a Customer!!!!!

The arrangement delivered to my aunt for her birthday looks NOTHING like what I ordered from Bud & Bloom's website. The primary flowers in the photo were Gerber Daisies and they replaced them with Star Gazer Lilies. Those two flowers look nothing alike and they should have notified me that they were replacing the Gerbers with another kind of flower. The overall color scheme in the photo was vibrant pinks (Gerber Daisies), soft purples with pops of green filler. The color scheme of the arrangement sent was light pink, dark purple and green with lots of yellow filler. I understand that substitutions sometime occur but they should have flowers in stock to match photos of arrangements shown on their website; they should notify the customer when substitution of the main flower is replaced; and they should maintain the original color scheme. I contacted B&B to voice my displeasure and they offered to 'exchange' the arrangement only if the recipient was allergic to the star gazer lilies. My past experience is that most florists will promptly offer to deliver a new arrangement (and not pick up the earlier one delivered), to satisfy the customer and generate potential future business. I may give B&B another try but will be sure to order over the telephone so I will know what flowers will be in the arrangement.
