Excellent customer service. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the produce section is weak. It needs to be improved.

When is the last time a store had enough employees to actually help you find something? Or when is the last time you got to the counter and didn't have to wait forever to check out? And finally, when is the last time a company had employees walk you to your car to load up whatever you just bought? Wow, the employees are great.

Other people have commented on the gas rewards program. I haven't spent much time learning the ins and outs on conversion points but I do know today it saved me $0.30 cents a gallon on gas!

Vistited this Brookshires for the first time this morning. As far as the grocery store itself, it's nice. Good selection. Fair prices. Although, more expensive than what we usually pay at the Walmart in Benbrook. But, I expected that. Just wanted to try something different.

Reason for only 2 stars is because a few staff members were rude. When I asked them where certain products were, they reacted like I was bothering them. When we were using their self checkout, our avocados rang up wrong. Didn't give us the sale price listed at the front of the store. I hit the help button and the staff just stood there. Finally, a young lady came over who was nice and had to go get a manager. The manager was beyond rude. Made a sly comment to the employee that we hit the wrong button, which we didn't. That manager ruined the whole experience for me.

Step it up. You have an HEB coming to town.

While the food store is adequate, we have now had two different encounters with the dry cleaning service and the staff is unacceptable. The last straw was walking into the store at 7:01 pm and the person behind the dry cleaning counter looked at me and said I was one minute too late to drop off my laundry. It is obvious they do not need our business which is usually at least $200 a month in dry cleaning. We will find some other place that wants our business.

Great place and good rewards on gasoline at their pumps. The staff is always nice and help you out to the car still.

I LOVE this store! Since they have updated this store it has truly come up on the world. The stained concrete floors and stonework make it a truly lush place to shop. The produce is awesome and the sushi bar is fantastic. The specialty meat counter is awesome -with some really interesting pre-made jalapeño poppers and stuffed pork tenderloins ready to be grilled. They have an epic wine and craft beer section. The people are welcoming and very accommodating. Prices are on higher side but the customer service definitely warrants it! Come on out and support these hometown folks.
