Absolutely the best in the biz hands down. I would not use any other lender as his team has proven over and over again that they go the extra mile. Answering the phone any time- not only for myself but all my clients needs. This is imperative in today's market. There may be other rates online that seem better but in fact that's not the truth. No other team will answer your call or take care of either the way Ryan and his team have helped my clients

When we first met Bill, we knew we were in good hands! Bill cleaned up the complete mess that was left by the builder's mortgage company (over a few months) and worked his magic in just a few short days so that we could still close on time. Bill explained the home-buying process with the upmost and honest professionalism. He discussed everything clearly and is very straightforward so that it is easy to understand. When there were questions, he went over them until we got it.

Bill is knowledgeable, organized, thorough, patient, responsive (even after hours), and treats his clients like friends rather than just home loan customers. Bill's background combined with his outstanding customer service made us feel at ease and more importantly made the entire process as smooth as it could be. Being self employed no one really every understood my situation until I started working with Ryan and his team Dream Home Funder. Other loan officers told me I wasn't self employed long enough or didn't show enough income to qualify. Ryan's team was able to review my tax returns and add back some of my expenses to use as income to get me qualified. Because of Ryan's team I was able to stop paying rent and bought my house for $400 a month less then I was paying in rent. I would recommend Ryan's team to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home.

Worked with Odin and Kimberly. This company is not recommended, especially if you are self employed or an entrepreneur. Horrible experience. Waste of 5-6 months of our lives. A lot of empty promises and reassurances. If you are self employed or an entrepreneur that has even one month that deviates from your prior performance, they will be unwilling to go through with your loan/refinance, despite multiple prior reassurances that you are a preferred client/customer and that everything is all good. So, if you have a business that fluctuates or could fluctuate month to month, it is not recommended that you go here because underwriting will not approve you and they will not be understanding to your circumstances. And, the people that you actually work with on the loan/refinance, despite fake reassurances and talk, apparently don't have any power or sway with underwriting to get your deal done. If you do go with this company, then make sure to ask a lot of questions and to keep a paper trail because they will make you think you only need one thing to close and then they will ask for a whole host of documentation extra thereafter without any advanced warning or notice. A lot of paper pushing with this company, which turned out to be a complete waste of time. Botched our rate lock completely and failed to provide complete and full advice and advanced notice and information in this regard. They do appear to be nice people and do appear to treat you nicely. But, in the end, if they can't get the job done, then being or playing nice means very little.

Bright has taken care of many clients for me so when it was time to do my own loan they were the first call I made. Our loan was not easy by any means but the teams experience and knowledge of different programs and ways to process was what made my loan successful in closing. They updated me weekly and often times more. This is not the first time I've had listing agents pleasantly surprised by the smooth transaction either. Thank you Bright for taking care of my loan and making my families dream home a reality

Bill Bright and his team were truly AMAZING from beginning to end. Apparently they had my docs put together perfectly because I only had 2 underwriting conditions that were extremely simple!!! Andrea, Ashley, Bill and everyone I spoke to were all extremely helpful, understanding and pleasant throughout the entire process, and I had a lot of questions as this is my first home purchase. I would absolutely recommend them in the future and will definitely be using them again myself.

These guys are awesome. Highly recommend the loan officer Noah Kovner. Very friendly with tons of knowledge. You won't want to get your loan from anywhere else once you've spoken with them.

Bright Mortgage Group is an AMAZING company to work for! I have been here 2 years now and I couldn't see myself anywhere else. It is a stress free, fun environment and I am constantly learning new things. Everyone here is a team player and we treat each other like family. One thing I admire about this group is we can take on a challenge. While most lenders find a way to deny people's difficult loans we find a way to get it done and, we educate our borrowers while doing it.
