I've been seeing Dr. Glaser for a very long time. I highly recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. So far every person that took my advice has liked him a lot. The thing I like most is that Dr. Glaser listens to my input and feedback. I feel like we're a team working on my health issues. He also works well with my specialists (immunologist & pulmonologist) since I have some serious health issues, again being a team player. I also use his wonderful 777 urgent care center when necessary. It's nice to have an urgent care facility that has all my medical records. Yes his office can be busy at times and his staff (like any of us) can be having a less than stellar day. But it's truly rare and I've never seen Dr. Glaser let that affect his demeanor. He's always most the pleasant and personable doctor I've ever seen. And in well over a decade there's never been a billing problem or issue. His office has functioned well with the three major insurers that I've had over the those many years.  If you want a family doctor, office, and urgent care that will serve you well for years to come, then give Dr. Glaser a test drive. I say this as a person who is just as demanding and impatient as anyone else.

Dr Glaser is the best most patient and helpful family doctor.  I see him and also my elderly mother sees him and we are both impressed with how thorough and careful he is with our care.  His knowledge is vast and he really listens well.  Great bedside manner.  He is very mindful of our high deductible and our poor insurance coverage and he accommodates us.  His staff is friendly and helpful with scheduling and his nurses will always return your call or help with your pharmacy needs.  Office is fast paced and the wait times are not long.  Very safe procedures with masks, sanitizing and cleaning every surface.  One stop shop for your family healthcare!

How sad when you have a 78 yr old mom where you are trying to get care for, and the front desk is SO RUDE, like they can't be bothered. The entitlement is discouraging
The doctor couldn't get her feeling better, and we came in to get a medical release to get IV treatment, and now they want another appointment, despite having labs done a week ago, and an appointment on the books in 8 days. When will the medical care profession realize that patient care starts with customer service

Front desk receptionist is so lazy that can't even look at you or give you a full answer . Keep in mind that even if website does not advertise , they are closed from 1200 hrs  until 1300 hrs; however, they don't reopen  until their stomachs gets satisfied ( usually 20-30 minutes after ).
Sad because  the medical staff seems nice and helpful .

I've been going to Dr Glaser since 2004. He has always been so great, patient and informative. He has been a great resource and physician, guiding me through illness and disease and always with a caring attitude. Thanks Dr Glaser and staff for taking such good care of me over the years, it is so appreciated! Highly recommend to you and your family.

I've been to the office several times in the past year and experienced many of the positives and negatives that others have mentioned. I first made my appointment because I felt that my symptoms warranted a little more than care now. I went and was supposed to see one doctor, waited almost 2 HOURS in a room.

Finally Dr. Wasson came in and explained something about scheduling error and another doctor going home. And even though I didn't make my appointment with him, he was going to see me.
Dr. Wasson is great. I am thankful for that error because I really enjoy him. I have been pleased by my interactions with him. He also listens, is never dismissive, and really seems to want to scientifically get to the bottom of things. He ordered several tests that I was fairly certain he was going to and thankfully all was fine.

Shortly after my appointment, COVID hit and we had a virtual follow up. All was fine with that.

A couple months later someone from the staff called and talked to me about the appointment and my insurance. She said that the insurance wasn't wanting to  cover my virtual appointment, since it was virtual, but she didn't feel it was fair due to the pandemic, and that they wouldn't send the bill until the issue was resolved. She said she had called the  insurance company several times, and encouraged me to call and advocate for myself as well. I thought this was very kind, and eventually things were resolved with insurance.

Several months later, I again experienced a variety of different symptoms. I think I'm falling  apart, but that is besides the point. Pandemic in full swing by now, I was given the choice of virtual or in person. Because of my symptoms I chose in person. I didn't wait, and was the only person in the waiting room. I assume most patients were virtual.

Dr. Wasson again listened, and was determined to get to the bottom of it. Order a couple different tests. After the appointment he told me to see the nurse for scheduling the tests I needed, but she said she doesn't usually do that and the person who does wasn't there, so I needed to call back the following day to speak to that person.
I did, and got a call back a day or two later. Should the people in office known how to do that, probably so, but I wouldn't say my experience was bad or atypical. I don't feel like i was forgotten about or anything. And no one in the office has ever been rude.

My biggest complaint is that I needed to give blood and do another type test. For this they referred me to their lab downstairs. Under normal circumstances this would be fine, however, unknown to me at the time,  it is also their urgent care/COVID rapid testing center. So I go there, and the waiting room is filled with people who are sick, waiting for their covid test...and they are just bringing healthy people through there!!! Hey, come get this blood work, and while your at it, dodge the 20 people in the office talking on the phone about how sick they are with COVID. Sounds like a fun game. Part of my test was to do something, wait 20 min, then come back and do another part of the test. The lady said, you can go have a seat in the lobby and we'll call you back in 20. Cool, let me go sit in the lobby, where everyone has COVID and the chairs are no where near six feet apart...so I can also GET COVID. No thank you, I waited in my car. I felt referring healthy patients there is fairly irresponsible. If this lab is going to stay open, they need a separate entrance/waiting area for healthy patients. And all these patients should be waiting in their car, not just sitting in a room of covid. Some precautions need to be taken, or they need to refer to a different lab.

It's like all the places everywhere are taking a million precautions and they are like...Hey healthy person, why don't you come to this DOCTORS office and get some COVID! Sit six feet apart, nah...wait in your car until called..why would we do that? Anyways, I feel fortunate that I didn't get COVID from that experience, and in hindsight, I should have walked out and called and requested another lab.

After the tests I scheduled another virtual follow up. My appointment was at 4:00. At 4:20 I called them and was like hey....aren't I supposed to get an email for an appointment? She said she was just about to send it...got it about 5 min later, then waited online for the doc about another 10-15 min.

Personally I would think you would get the appoint info several hours early so you could test your computer settings and such....and definitely BEFORE the scheduled appointment time...but that's just me, and they probably have a reason for their system.

My appointment was good. The tests gave a conclusion to my symptoms Dr. Wasson was knowledgeable and referred me to a specialist that was professional and that I enjoyed as well.

    Overall:
    Dr. Wasson-5 stars
    The staff and office-3-4 stars
The lab/being referred for blood work- negative 19 stars.

    Updated review

First off let me start by saying I work in the medical field, so I understand things happen and sometimes there are patients that need to have a little more time spent with them.
I love Michelle the PA. I really really do. What I can't stand is the wait here. It's rude to think my time is not just as valuable as theirs. I am always 15 mins early to my apt but still wait at least 25-30 mins in the lobby and then another 15-20 mins in the exam room. That is unacceptable. In my opinion they are trying to jam as many patients in on a schedule to collect copays and bill insurance. If you can't see patients in the order they are scheduled without minimal waiting time, then lighten the schedule.  And lastly at least offer your patients WiFi access to be able to use for work or pleasure while they wait.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with this group of medical professionals. Courteous, knowledgeable support staff is refreshing. They all return calls in a timely manner, again, refreshing. Would not hesitate to recommend. Wish we had found them sooner.

The lovely Victoria Thomas is this group's Nurse Practitioner, and I choose to see her. For about a year now I've made appointments with her for general health and cough-cold stuff. She is supportive, knowledgeable, thorough and personal. Always. Either she takes very very good notes and reads them before she comes in, or she's got an amazing memory. Truly engaged in making a difference in my health and life.

Overall Pros - Clean, beautiful facility. Feels like they stay on the leading edge of current medicine and practice.
Overall Cons - There have been a couple ladies who work at the business desk that are not enjoyable. Not awful! Just meh.
