Q:
Do they allow dogs in the outside area?
A:
We've taken our dog to their patio before with no trouble! They seemed happy to have her there, and even brought her a bowl of water.

I am updating my review based on my latest visit.
The food is delicious so I would give 4-5 stars for the food itself.
The 2 stars is for the service and the wrong bill total. I placed a to-go order and paid with a gift certificate. They gave me a total of $23 and some change so I gave them the $25 gift certificate. No change was given but it wasn't a big deal with the total of the bill.
After I left as I drove home, I thought the total bill was really high for a sandwich and a cup of soup. I called them back about the bill total and they apologized that they gave me the wrong total, which should have been $16 and change. They then said no change is given with a paper gift certificate, so I said why was nothing said when I gave them a $25 gift certificate if no change would be given or the balance written on the certificate. She said I could come back and they could reopen the check so I could pay with a card or cash and get the gift certificate back.
I'm already almost home by that point, so if I returned to get the bill corrected, my food would have been cold and eaten soggy fries instead. So I chose to eat food that would be hot and forgo the bill.
I'm more annoyed that due to their incorrect bill total they told me, I would be the one who has to go out of my way for their mistake. I'm not going back for a while.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 26, 2017Previous reviewI am updating my review based on my latest visit.

I understand servers are new to a location but usually they have some restaurant experience...drink refills were slow and we had to remind the server for making, box, etc.
Anyway, the kitchen apparently ran out of mashed potatoes and we're first told.that of we wanted to wait about 15 mins, they would make another batch so we all agreed to wait so we could try their mashed potatoes. Then the server came back and said the kitchen would not be making more and it was only 8 pm and then we were told to choose another side, some of the friends I dined with ordered their meals because of the mashed potatoes side.
We were sitting out on the patio out front which is definitely the place to sit when the weather is nice!!
Do try the cheese curds- how could fried cheese taste so amazing??
Do order the chicken fried chicken- came with a maple cream gravy that had enough sweet to balance the savory without overpowering the flavor. Or try the meatloaf- which was also fantastic!!
Did I hear you say something about beer? You like beer? You love beer? Well, park yourself at the bar and make fast friends with the bartender. They have several Bricktown beers, as well as the standard draughts, and I believe they carry other OK beers, like Marshall's. But please, don't go to Bricktown and order Coors or Bud- order a local beer and support OK businesses.:) - Jan 13, 2024
For brewery I guess expected a few more selections in the fruits and cider style beer. We did try a couple -
One was a sweet tea but not overbearing sweet,
Mighty delish! The other had a subtle blueberry flavor with a lil spritz to it. Waiter was slow at first but then got better. Maybe too many tables at once... the food was 8/10 hot and homemade mash potatoes mmmm good we had chicken fried steak- large portions and chicken fried chicken. The chicken was perfect. It was not greasy and it was not dry. Mac and cheese need little more flavor but was piping hot. You would think a roll or toast would be served with but no. Not too crowded nice comfy seating white leather boots and the wall art was nice pics on large canvases . Parking in the back and it was a full house. We had to park in the very back I would come back most. Definitely try some more beers. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of our food. We were so hungry we dug right in.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0Business owner information

I almost feel silly posting this as I should have known to check my to-go food before leaving the restaurant considering their past track record. However, I didn't and guess what, when I returned home eager to enjoy a $60 dinner for 3, they once again screwed up my order. I feel even dumber as I gave the girl who screwed up my order a $7 tip. Why do I keep going back you ask, because I have a wife and kids that continue to ask to eat there. With the cost of their food you would think they would go out of their way to make sure people get what they pay for. CHECK YOUR FOOD BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR!

General ManagerMar 24, 2024Previous reviewTypically we have no issue with this establishment. However, lately when ordering for pickup they seam to have an issue getting order right. This is the third time in 5 orders I have to bring something back because they made wrong. CHECK YOUR ORDERS before you leave. We live in a world now where most places kitchen staff doesn't speak English and guarantee they cannot read it. Third time I've brought something back and third time all I've gotten was a "we're really sorry". In addition be wary of the produce they use as attached is a picture of the fresh cucumbers that they put on my salad.

Our server, DJ, was great and patient with our group who wasn't in a rush. I enjoyed my blood orange margarita though I could have done with some more blood orange flavor. I always enjoy the protein salad with chicken no cheese or sour cream and honey mustard dressing. I appreciate that they have the gluten free bun when I am in the mood for a burger. Their fries are good but occasionally a little too salty. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. They have both street parking or a parking lot behind their building.

We were pleasantly surprised! My husband and I were getting over winter colds and were craving French Onion Soup. It was better than we expected! We also split a macaroni and cheese and it was good too. The atmosphere was nice and great if you wanted to watch some sports at the bar. Our server was really nice. Will be back!

This is an update as I had a review from a previous visit that indicated my displeasure for this place, the wine pour was very small and service was slower than a snail. The past manager even asked me to come back for a dinner, free. That was nice but I want my reviews to be based on what an average customer experiences.
GLAD I revisited this with a group of friends as this experience was everything I want in a place. It was clean, lively (but not too much, our server was over the top great. Had cheese curds for the first. I was hesitant but it did not disappoint. But the winner of the night (besides our server) was the fish and chips. The first beer batter version I enjoyed, it was not too puffy. The accoutrements that when along with the dinner were great. I will put in a plug to have avocado fries back on the menu. Will be back again. Glad to move my review up because it is worth it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

peter@bricktownbrewery.comMay 7, 2022Previous reviewDrove by a lot of places with people waiting
Outside. We should have guessed why there wasn't a line at this. One of the most chaotic and inefficient places I have been too. And I have Covid sympathy, but plain and simple this is bad management. A male server apologized 3 different times as he asked to take our order which each time we said we had order, though by this time we had been there 20 minutes most of it without ordering or even a water. The. Hostess found it more important to bring water to a dog, we were never offered any. To top this off we ordered wine (my common drink of choice), smallest pour ever. When we ask for another it took quite a while and finally the server came out to tell us they were out of wine glasses (for a place no more than 1/4 filled) yes we can drink wine out of a water glass but regular pour would be nice. I am exhausting myself just writing this review so will stop with one last comment, food was mediocre at best. - Joyce R.Tulsa, OK64329766Mar 13, 2023
Huge menu and beer menu! Before 1:00 with a huge party in main room.
Prompt service.
However, as pix show, my "well done" burger was not & that's the sickest piece of lettuce I've ever seen. What if you came to my house and I served you that?
Hubby loved his fish & chips and when raw meat was pointed out to the waiter, he apologized and it was remade.
I loved the "burnt" edges of the burger. The burger sauce was good, on the side.
Too bad it came the second time as raw as the first! Customers should be listened to -- I don't like/ eat raw meat. It was just plainly disrespectful.
Glad I peered at other reviews as it reminded me -- I'd been a patron of the original Bricktown Brewery in OKC *many, many* times After it opened. Which makes me sadder remembering the good times.
The atmosphere did not appeal to me and it is my intention to not return. So many places to choose from. But if you've got a regular group of barflies I guess you'll be okay.
Hubby really liked his fish and chips and I told him he'd have to get carry out hence forth.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

This was fun! We had hit a nearby art museum and garden to get some culture. Then it was time to check out the local brewery scene.
Bricktown has cool decor. It is located in a neat part of town with small shops, restaurants and coffee houses. A good space for hanging out. The brewery has both indoor and outdoor seating.
Our beer tender, Anika was great. She knew the draft beers and gave solid recommendations.
We were a bit peckish so we ordered some cheese curds. I'm a sucker for fried cheese! They were delicious and complimented our selection of brews.
The Bricktown specific beers that we tried were all solid. We did some tasters of a variety from other locals on draft.
Had there been more time I think we would have had lunch here but there were more activities on our schedule.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

We came here for a late dinner on a Thursday. The crowd wasn't bad at all. I ordered the shrimp po' boy sandwich, and YUM! It was so good! They load it with shrimp and the shrimp is seasoned with some glaze, it's so delicious! My hubby got a chicken sandwich and a burger. My girls got kid sliders. Our waitress was great. We received our drinks fast and our food. It was a great experience. Would definitely come back.

First time in. Went with my niece. They messed up her burger. But she was going to keep eating it. A third of the way through there was a small short curly hair inside the burger. Then I walked up to the bar area and asked hey can you just remake her a new one. Explained why. Cool, the server was super happy and was going to fix it. But wait there's more... the MANAGER came out to us aggressively at our table talking demeaningly and only addressing my minor teen. WITH the same exact plate in her hand. Stating. I DUG THROUGH YOUR FOOD/burger LOOKING FOR THIS HAIR. I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING ....ARE YOU SURE ITS NOT THIS MELTED CHEESE!? We where completely surprised with this attitude and the fact she didn't believe us or a child. YEAH noooo... WE ALREADY WENT through her burger. It wasn't the cheese.
Welp wasn't going to to leave a review. But I've never had someone comeback to the table with a plate after they dug through someone's meal.
Ps. Our server 10/10.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information
