Brickell Cosmetic Center

I have been going to Brickell cosmetics now for years. Julie is awesome and always works to make sure I'm a happy client. They are very busy so appointments are necessary days in advance. They use a great follow up system and pre appointment program too that makes booking and confirming easy.
I have gone to several estheticians at the center over the years. However, I really like Maria Espinosa. She is kind, with a great "bedside" manner . She does a great job with whatever treatment I choose. She never rushes and makes me feel like I've been pampered. During facials she does a hand massage as well, which is appreciated. She also suggests different treatments but is not pushy. Hard to find that in Miami. I HATE a hard sell and Maria is not that kind of person. She leaves it up to me what packages I want to purchase and when. BTW they have THE BEST package deals. Never any buyers remorse here.
So call for the latest and greatest and you won't be disappointed. Well organized and managed salon. Only draw back is parking but there is plenty to be found on the street next to the spa. Enjoy!

If you're looking for a top-notch cosmetic center, look no further than Brickell Cosmetic Center. I recently went there for a mole removal on my face, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience.

First of all, the greeting at the front desk was exceptional. The staff was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home from the get-go. And speaking of staff, the nursing team was fantastic. They were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.

But the real standout was Dr. Dozier herself. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, from the procedure itself to what to expect during recovery. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I would highly recommend Brickell Cosmetic Center for any cosmetic/dermatology needs you may have. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and caring, making the entire experience a positive one. So if you're looking for a cosmetic center that will take great care of you, be sure to check them out!

My experience was not good. I took an appointment for varicose veins. I speci asked them not to inject any saline solutio which when I was there was not taken in account. I was applied a gel sedative to avoid the pain of the needle. I waited for about 30 minutes. Once I the procedure commenced, I never felt so much pain before ( I have been doing this procedure for at least 15 years as a follow up). I was told to keep bandages for 15 days, not to work out and every other things that I was asked to ensure a good result, which I did. I was In pain for about 2 weeks ( this had never happened to me before) and not only this but I have scaring veins on my legs which is even worse than before doing the procedure.I thought this would go away after 2 months but we are 3 months I am realizing it will never go away. This is very depressing.
My advice is go to a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and avoid these types of centers who pretend to be good at everything to make money or go to Europe where they are way well advanced for this type of procedures. This procedure should not hurt and give you some pain. Not at all!
They charge about $1,200.00 which is not worth it at all!

I would give the Brickell Cosmmetic Center a 10 plus. I needed very serious
operation on my face. I was so lucky to be treated by Dr. Lauren Dozier.
She discovered the problem immediately and reacted very fast to have it
taken care of, she did an excellent operation, the scars are almost healed.
Dr. Dozier and the staff were unbelievable professionell from day one,
there was not waiting time and I felt were welcomed by everyone.
I really can recommend Brickell Cosmetic Center for all your dermatalogy
problems, you will be in exclusive hands.

My daughter is very picky about anyone touching her face. After some research I found Brickell Cosmetic Center. They have the cleanest center I have yet to see. The techs are great at what they do and my daughter has returned twice. Very happy we found them !

My experience was not good in this place. I had 4 laser sessions to improve the spots on my face that according to her were superficial and I ended up with more spots than I had due to the bad job. It cost me a total of $2,192.69. Every time I had the appointment, they bullied me and changed it, not to mention that I ended up with a worse face, I warn you and I suggest you not go to that place, everything is very nice, a lot of glamor, but a super service. extremely bad and when it was the last appointment he told me but you have caught a lot of sun as the spots were still there and I answered him well can you believe that I had not gone out at home for three months because I had undergone surgery

A lovely place to find incompetence and crooks. I came in for a hydra facial, they make you pay before the treatment. Now that I got the treatment, I understand the method to their madness. My facialist told me she was able to remove a milia (deep clogged pore) that was bugging me and I inquired about down time because I had a crazy weekend ahead full of events. My appointment was on a Monday or Tue. She assured me it would be about 2 days before the redness would go down. Lies. She left me with a nasty scab for almost 2 weeks that has thus turned in to a scar that is still on my face 2.5 months later. The milia was a dream in comparison to what I went through.

I asked for a refund via text and they kept asking to chat on the phone instead of simply issuing the refund. Therefore, never got a refund like the true pieces of sh*t they are. I suppose they're worried about getting sued, as they should be. Pls see pics for what they did to my face & make a wise decision before going here.

I have been coming to BCC for many years for many different reasons and the staff, the services and products have always been 5-Star! I received a hydrafacial today from Amanda and her professional service and easy demeanor inspired me to write this review I should hav written long ago. OMG! Wonderful place. Super knowledgeable, attentive, polite, people. Beautiful office. CLEAN! Great pricing, multiple services and products. I will be highly recommending this place to everyone I know looking to enhance skin!

Nightmare experience with this place, they ruined my face. Lauren Dozier doesn't deserve to be called a dermatologist, her license should be terminated.

Regardless I repeatedly reminded her of my past experience with similar treatment, Dozier recommended Morpheus8 and promised everything just tried to sell more sessions for my minor under eye puffiness. After one session however, I had sever reaction - hyperpigmentation, changed skin texture, larger pores, puffy under eye, non-stop itchiness and redness of the skin on face and neck. On the day 7 after the treatment, there are very weird white and red bump start to grow on the significantly deepened neck lines and would bleed when i tried to get rid of the white ones.

Regardless the horrifying condition, Dozier was conveniently "out of the office" the entire time, "wouldn't be back in weeks". I tried to schedule a call with her, only ended up with her constantly disrupting me not allowing me to talk, or jumped off the call when I asked her to listen and help.

On day 3 after the treatment, I went to their office asking for help, Dozier of course "was not in the office", the front desk just sold me more products for the skin, which severely stimulated the skin after I applied. Tried to return, they eventually accepted but instead of refund, they charged me more from my credit card. When I called in, they said someone would call me in a week for the refund correction, as again "she is not in the office".

I'm seeking for help from another dermatologist tomorrow. I've requested Lauren Dozier to refund me the Morpheus8 treatment plus the fees for the new treatment and the damage caused by her incredible poor experience and negligence.

Pray for myself to end this nightmare. This is the summer time, life had been great until I walked into this place and was fooled by Lauren Dozier.
