Came here for a birthday party for a co-worker the service was horrible and that is being nice. took almost 50 minutes to get our food for a group of 3 i could maybe understand if the place was busy but it wasn't had maybe 12 people and that included a group of maybe 8. Waiter never came back to check on us had to go to him so we could get boxes and our check. the food was ok nothing to write a lot about the onions were way over ripe you know when it overpowers everything its on.

Once we finally got our check my friends son paid for everyone and because the service was really bad he did not want to leave a tip i convinced him to at least leave a few $ well I guess that wasn't enough for the waiter as after we left he added a 22% tip on the bill for himself good that he checked his account and saw that the bill jumped they called the place and the owner said just drive down and he would give cash really waste gas to drive back when your staff committed fraud lol so make sure you keep your receipts and check you account if you pay with a credit card to make sure sure that the tip wasn't increased on you. will never go back to place a again

Love the food the atmosphere. The service was great. And their friendly dogs.you can eat inside and outside. Watching the classic cars passing by

Steak was cooked perfectly and was flavorful. It wasn't tough either, can't complain! It was nice to get in some AC from the heat, the scary Mary (Bloody Mary) was great!

Sadly I spent my hard earned $ here. Ordered fish n chips with a side of cole Slaw. Got triangle trout, yes, frozen fish! French fries were not crunchy and cole slaw was from a container. should've been more alert to the reviews. Not recommended and should be avoided, there are better options nearby.

Decided to eat at the Brannan Manor after my son's graduation from UCDavis. Service was good, food was awful and tasteless, atmosphere mediocre.

Let me start off with the food. We tried to order chips and salsa but the server told us they didn't serve chips and salsa. So I ordered the nachos instead. When the nachos came out, it was served on a small plate. There may have been 10-15 chips with the toppings, sour cream, cheese and guacamole and a side of salsa. So, after receiving the order of nachos I was a bit confused as to why they don't serve chips and salsa. Not to mention they were way overpriced for the amount that was served.

I ordered the fajitas. I asked the server if I could get half chicken and half steak. Without hesitation, she said that was not a problem. When I received my order, there was only chicken. I then told the server and she took it back and brought me a plate with steak and chicken. When I received my bill, I was charged for two plates instead of one with half chicken half steak. The steak was mostly fat and gristle. As for the rest of my family's food, they were hungry and ate what was served but agreed that the food was tasteless and lacked spice.

Initially we were sat inside but the restaurant was stuffy and hot. We moved ourselves to the outdoor patio which was much better except for the flies.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. It is overpriced for the quality and amount of food you get.

The food is mediocre and high prices The wait time ito order was too long, only one waiter attending too many tables. AND my biggest complaint is that the spirits menu doesn't have prices. The waiter gave us one price and got slapped with much more. Not recommended.

I had a fantastic time at Brannan Manor in historic Sacramento! This bar perfectly blends American Mexican cuisine with a haunting, atmospheric decor. My issue with this place was that they presented a check with one amount and then we got a higher amount charged with no explanation of extra charge at all. It completely makes me not trust my server and the establishment.

Had the Thai chicken salad. Dressing was bitter and tasted burnt. Lettuce was wilted. 6:30 on a Friday night and we were the only ones there. Nobody to blame but ourselves for not reading the room.
