I reached out to Jason around 11pm last Monday and he met me at my office around noon on Wednesday. I had completely shattered my iPhone7 screen and he replaced it in the time it takes for me to take a lunch break, and for under $100 (through Venmo-- so easy!). He offered a 90 day warranty, so I'm confident that this was an unbelievable value, especially compared to his competitors' offerings! I was so impressed by his technical skill and if (God forbid!) this happens again, Jason will be the first person I'll call.

Great business model, great service, great guy (Jason). Jason rolled in, set up, and fixed my phone. He was super friendly to our kids and very honest about the work he needed to do. Big thanks to the Boston Phone Guys!

This is pretty damn awesome. These guys will come to you for any phone repair you need. I shattered my screen and Jason came to my job to work on the repair. It took him about 30 minutes or so to fix it.

This is a great deal...you don't have to travel or spend money to go to a store. If you mention Yelp, you'll receive 10% off the total cost. I just gave him the full cost without the discount because I was appreciative of his service and convenience. Highly recommend!

I cracked my iphone screen over the weekend. MAJOR bummer. Since Apple was going to take days and cost $$$, I went online and searched what was close by. I sent in a request to Boston Phone Guys and I got a response right away. Jason was amazing with back and forth communication. He then agreed to meet me at my home, showed up right on time and was extremely helpful and polite. On top of that, it only him 15-20 minutes and the best pricing out there. I'm saving this guys number.

You make an appointment on the Boston Phone Guys website, and input the address you want him to meet you. This is the best part of his service; he comes to you where ever you are in Boston, so you save time and transportation fees!

Jason arrived to my work office promptly, asked for a space to fix my broken screen ($80, but if you mention the yelp deal "X% off your first screen replacement", then you get a discount). Jason was fast and professional.

Super easy to make an appointment, Jason was right on time and it took like 15 min to get my phone screen repaired. Incredibly convenient and much cheaper than getting my screen fixed at a Best Buy or the Apple store. Best Buy said it would take 1-2 days for my phone to get fixed so this was unbelievable. Definitely recommend him!

These guys are the best. I've used them a few times, not only do they come to you but they are completely honest, my last visit the technician told me it was actually my Gorilla Glass screen cover that had shattered and I wouldn't need the screen replaced. He didn't charge me for his time even though it was my screw up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service. He was on time and fixed my phone in around 15 minutes. I had a Groupon coupon that I could pull up to use, he said no problem and gave me the discount anyway. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about this company. Jason was professional and efficient. I will never stop at a mall kiosk again. Great job.

Jason was great. Called a little bit ahead of time to let me know he was available early and was finished around the time my appointment was meant to start.
