I moved from Illinois to Massachusetts about a year and a half ago and never bothered to find a dentist. Recently I decided I better get on that since I had gone about 3x as long as recommended :/ I went to Aspen Dental on Rt. 1 because it was convenient--total disaster but not worth going into here. While searching for other nearby dentists, I stumbled across Goldman Family Dental. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here from the moment I walked in. The staff is so friendly and helpful--the opposite of Aspen Dental. The hygienist was wonderful and Dr. Goldman was so professional and kind. I had to have 2 fillings and the experience was as painless as possible. I was very nervous but Dr. Goldman did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend!!!

I recently visited Dr. Patel for a teeth checkup , cleanup and make sure there were no wisdom tooth that needed to be out.

Since it has been years since i visited the dental office so you can guess there were x-rays needed to be taken, lots of cleaning done and other checks to make sure i keep chewing delicious food everyday

I got there and they called me right in on time without any delay. Office is great and the staff was helpful. No long paperwork everything is on Ipad and things got done quickly. My X-rays were taken and then Dr. Patel checked them before the cleaning begun. everything looks good .

Cleaning took like half an hour for the bottom teeths. The Dental assistant was great and funny and kept talking making me feel comfortable. She really did do a good job.

The upper part was to be done in second session since that was going to take time . I got second appt within 2 days of first one. The second appt went really quick as well. I was done on time no extra waiting and the second dental assistant who did the cleaning was really nice as well. Dr Amlani came and said Hi and checked upon me knowing i was there couple of days ago and made sure everything was ok as Dr. Patel was with another patient.

I am glad i went after many years. Teeths now Shine like a diamond (throwing lil Rihanna in there). Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr's it was a great experience.

Very unpleasant experiences ever since the change of ownership. Sad to see businesses change for the worse.

Just had the single worst experience I have ever had at a medical office. Dr. Goldman had been my dentist for years and I was always happy with the care he provided. I had heard bad things about the new partners that he had brought in, but never expected to be treated so poorly. I had a filling fall out and just wanted to have the tooth refilled. Instead I was told that they are not an emergency dental care facility, and if I do not come to the practice regularly for exams and check ups that they would no longer see me for dental care. Dr. Patel was condescending, dismissive, and clearly only interested in customers that represent an ongoing revenue stream. Even if I was welcomed back I would not go. I was charged $109 to sit in her chair and told she would not treat me. Outrageously bad customer service.

To be clear...the filling that fell out was one that they had done on a root canal several years ago. Now they are saying the tooth is fractured and needs to be pulled but they do not do that there... really just at a loss for words.

Dr. Patel and her staff are awesome! I interviewed Dr. Patel after 4 other dentists and was so impressed with her expertise in corrective dentistry that I started a 2 year plan of getting braces to make room to fix my front teeth before I could have an implant and caps for my front teeth. No other dentist I talked to even addressed how to fix my bite to complete what I needed to have done. The other 4 wanted $6k plus for just an implant and never explained the process. Dr. Patel realized what I wanted and worked with me to accomplish it. Thank you Dr. Patel and your staff. You are all incredible!

Everyone from the front desk folks to Dr Patel and Meghan were fantastic! I have never had so much fun at the dentist! These folks are professionals who really go the extra mile. They do the most thorough exam I've ever had! And talk to you about issues, treatment, and all the options. I will never go anywhere else.

I've had a hard time finding a good dentist in the area since I moved to Saugus several years ago. The last dentist I went to for about 15 years so it's important to me to find someone is I can trust (first and foremost), is experienced and does great work.

I was referred to because I was told I had 9 cavities. I brought the form with the supposed cavities from the other dentist for Dr. Goldman to check out. Turned out I didn't have 9 cavities, I had 2 repairs.

Dr. Goldman and his staff are super sweet and make you feel comfortable. They also gave me a couple 2012 calendars and a couple chapsticks on the way out.,,,I mean, if you're interested in that stuff. Clearly it doesn't take me much to get excited :)

Been a long time customer there. Everybody is great. The whole office works as a team. They make you the patient feel comfortable. From kids to seniors and everyone in between.
