Giving this 5 stars, food was good, service was good but most importantly, I may low key be in love with the brunette, I'm assuming she's the manager but in any case, I'm kind of smitten. Would definitely go again.

I used to go here a lot until I started to receive burnt chicken.

Typically I always get BBQ sauce on the chicken.

But 3 times in a row I had to go back and get replacement chicken because the chicken was not only hard but burnt.

Like they literally reheat the previous nights/days chicken and this is used when people want it with bbq sauce all over it.

If you don't want bbq sauce on it then the chicken is the fresh cooked of the day.

Manager knows this, I know this, and yet when I return this crap he seemed to always get annoyed to have to give me a actual fresh cook piece and put bbq on it.

So get bbq sauce on the side OR go inside the restaurant and watch to make sure they're giving you chicken from a fresh cooked bird.

My food was delicious as usual I ordered the half chicken, mac and cheese, creamed spinach. My food was hot and delicious and they had excellent customer service!

I noticed on my visit last Sunday when I got home, there was an additional charge for side items, Upon my return the next day due to a coupon sent to me by Boston Market, I was told, premium sides have an up-charge. My selections sides were two orders of the broccoli and bacon (up-charge), which was more of a char broccoli and same with taste. I had the broccoli on Sunday and knew this was burnt and sold unknowingly to me at this location by the manager. What are we doing here, Ms. Manager, saving cost and pushing off bad food to the consumers? There has been no return call from the manager of this store nor corporate since they were written about my damaged meal.

I had to pick up trays of Mac and cheese for a n event. They charge 33 bucks for a half tray. When I arrived at the event with both trays I ordered they were 1/3 full and clearly they just dumped whatever they had into the trays instead of actually making my order I had called in hours earlier.
What a sham.

Places an order and asked the employee to make sure that there was gravy added to the mashed potatoes. Upon receiving our order, we asked the employee to make sure the gravy was added. She confirmed that it was. When we got home, big surprise...there was no gravy on the potatoes. Terrible execution and how hard is to check something that was asked to be checked?

We are super regular customers when we are up this way and last night we stopped in again on our way back from Wisconsin. For whatever reason, at 8pm on a Sunday night, they were crazy busy! Line out the door. They were running out of food, I'm sure because of the unexpected late rush, and everyone must have known because I've never seen so many large orders in front of me in line. One guy heard they were running low on chicken so he ordered 4 whole chickens then... but the staff never lost their cool. I could tell it was a very stressful situation but everyone did an EXCELLENT job!!! Especially the guy that was cutting the chicken. He took our orders and stayed calm. I really just wanted to update my review to let you know what great employees you have!!!! Thank you again and we will be back!!!!!

This place can't ever manage to give me all of my food. Twice now they have left out a salad. I won't be going here anymore.

It's Boston Market. I wasn't disappointed meat loaf was awesome for it being take out meatloaf.
