Located outside in the back of the Old Sugar Mill building. $8 tastings and you get to select any 5 from their menu they give. A decent selection of White, Red, Sweet, and Sparkling. We went with the following:
-Pinot Grigio
-Chardonnay
-Zinfandel
-Moscato
-Sparkling Rose
My favorites were the Chardonnay and Sparkling Rose. I actually liked the Chard so much, I ALMOST bought 2 bottles because I thought it was included in their current deal (Buy 2 white wines, get 3rd free) or something like that. But then I saw it said excludes Chardonnay (tears). Overall, a good spot to def taste at if you're hopping around the Old Sugar Mill.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Calloway C.Sacramento, CA36279865Jul 17, 2022
Sparkle Pack for me! IF you like bubbles, this place is for you. I mean, they have all of your normal wines, I however prefer sparkling wines and his is my go to. He sommeliers are friendly a fun and also provide a wonderful tasting. Great to have our book club meeting here. Call ahead and they will chill your bottles and provide glasses for your consumption wether indoor or out!

We did a wine flight for only $8/each, which was waived because most of the wines we tasted were so good that we each bought one. The sparkling wine was especially good and I loved the pomegranate, which I ended up buying. Great prices too. The owner poured us the wine, very friendly and nice guy. I liked that you were given a the menu with a dry-erase marker to check the wines that you wanted, very convenient.

Bonitata is located in the building outside the main entryway. There are four (I think) different wineries in this building and no real walls, so it's like one big, happy family. We were drawn to this one by the promise of sparkling. They offered five tastes for $8 out of a quite large selection.
Service was very friendly. They were fairly busy, but they kept up with us without pushing.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Oct 5, 2019
This place is located in the outer building of the Old Sugar Mill. I think they are pretty new.
I can see why they call themselves a "boutique wine" - It's almost like wine for folks who don't really love wine. My girlfriend is one of those people. She likes rosés and whites - Doesn't super love reds. This joint was up her alley.
We got a tasting of all the sparklings (pomegranate, peach mango, and strawberry) and something else. We liked all of them but absolutely loved the peach mango. We got extra bottles of the peach mango to take. So good.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amy W.Elk Grove, CA0161Oct 9, 2021
Worst wine I've ever tasted (aside from the chardonnay , which was full of tropical fruit notes/ non oaked). Don't waste your time. it was painful to lay for the tasting. the winemaker wasnt approachable nor hospitable , which is par for course. The merlot was so sour I wouldn't even put it in my spaghetti sauce!

They're located in the back of the OSM. I stopped in for a tasting 5 for $5. The proprietor gave me a list of his wines and I checked off what I wanted to taste. I chose four red and one Pomegranate sparkling wine. The prices were pretty reasonable too. I bought two bottles for $20, Syrah and Barbera. They had some bottles they were trying to close out, so I think I got a great deal.

They make lush lovely champagne that are fun to drink and the pomegranate champagne is the best one out there, no other brand comes close. Their balanced refreshing Peach Mango champagne is a close second. If you like sweet wines, you'll LOVE the Strawberry champagne too!We adore hanging out with Mark and Jen, talking about their latest reds (my friend loves most if not all of them ) and their passion for winemaking is obvious. I always learn something new when I visit them.
