What a sweet spot! Bartenders are so friendly. and it has comfy bar food options. there is a grilled cheese selection in the menu, and I got the artichoke sun dried tomato grilled cheese. it was a perfect toasted grilled cheese and exactly the kind of bar food you would want! also with the side of sweet potato tots. It is cash only so be prepared for that. fun local spot!

What a neat little bar, so cool had a delicious Guinness definitely stop in cool corner bar with outside seating as well

My friend and I just tried coming to grab a drink or two after getting off from our restaurant job and the doorman told us we couldn't come in because we "were probably drinking all day bc it's st pattys day" and "we were probably too drunk" hahahah whattttt how do you just assume before analyzing.. sounds like someone is wants to get home soon!!! Before we even came to get a drink we walked past the place earlier in the night and asked if they were open and he HAPPILY shouted NOPE THE DOWNSTAIRS ISNT OPEN and we were like okay well what about the bar upstairs and he said well I guess .... Like just say you don't want to do your job and want to go home lol.

Stopped in on a whim, so glad I did! Great music,service and food! I typically do not like Patty Melts. But, thiers is amazing! Highly reccomend!

Great music! Great prices! Fun dive bar!!! Food looks great, I just ordered so I'll leave or edit this post. it's right off main St about 50 ft away from Killer Pies which I'm trying next I'm here on Vaca to eat!!

Excellent dive bar, got a Hamm's in the cab for cheap, and don't forget to try the pork roll fries and cheese

I was looking for a burger place in Asbury Park, when this place came out in the list. It was hard to see the restaurant from the street because it's located it outside from the restaurants area. We got there just minutes after they opened we waited for a couple minutes for the waitress we noticed that she was by her self in the restaurant doing bartender and waitresses at the same time. My wife went inside to order our food. Food came out quickly we ordered some burgers with fries and onion rings. Unfortunately we found a hair on our fries.
Burgers were good but I will change the bread that they use for burgers to a burger buns.

I just had the best Cheeseburger that ever had at the Bond Street Bar and Grill that is tucked away and almost hidden on 208 Bond Street in Asbury Park, NJ. The It is a small bar and grill with a dark almost mystical ambiance on a small one-way street. The bar has a warm and welcoming personality featuring great food, good vibes, friendly staff all in an inviting space of a classic pub atmosphere. On nice days you can eat outside on a small patio or along Bond Street itself and even bring your dog. They have a water bowl strategically set up for "man's (and woman's) best friend" while enjoying your meal outside.
My friends and family always rave about the Bond Street Bar and Grill. There's a big downstairs bar that is apparently the place to go on the Jersey Shore on weekends. They have a DJ, dance floor and a super fun atmosphere. Since I was a little boy, I always loved Asbury Park on the Jersey Shore. People call the Bond Street Bar and Grill a "dive bar," once considered a derogatory term, but the term "dive bar" is now a coveted badge of honor especially in one of the most exciting places in Asbury Park on the Jersey Shore known for its music and art. The Bond Street Bar and Grill features an open eye logo and creative artwork painted on the side of the building.
As a former New Jersey Commissioner of Health and former president and current executive board member of the New Jersey Public Health Association, I give the Bond Street Bar and Grill my highest recommendation for outstanding food and a fun place to visit and enjoy.

Love the venue downstairs for shows. Dont let this smelly basement fool you - the sound is pretty damn good. drinks are reasonably priced & theres a good selection of beer on draft. you can order food here and have it come downstairs. the fungi pizza is very good! i love the bathrooms & the plants on the walls.

$7 shot and beer specials. $7!!!!!!!!! You really can't do better than that. Awesome size bar with plenty of outdoor seating. Stand at the end of the bar closest to the door to get bar service is you're sitting outside, there is no table service. Loved it and will always be back
