As I work tirelessly to get a new interior business launched I knew I was only as good as the team I refer to my clients and that I use for my personal projects. We had our kitchen island and media built-in remodeled in November and the final result is breathtaking. Matt and his crew went above and beyond to paint our new kitchen island and media built-in while using high quality materials. The paint sheen is perfection! We have used Bolton Painting a couple of times. Matt (the owner) is very responsive, friendly, and trustworthy. Phil has been the lead on the majority of the project. He is detailed, friendly, and trustworthy. Further, the team leaves the environment clean when they wrap up. I would recommend Bolton Painting.

I say this with all sincerity, Matt and his crew turned my nightmare into a dream! They patched (a lot!), prepped and painted our 1940s home, including a poorly installed patio. We seriously had no idea that the patio could look as beautiful as it does! The crew was always on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. There was a lot to this job, all done for a reasonable price, and we were grateful Matt was there to "hold our hands" through this process. I highly recommend Bolton Painting. Matthew responded to my inquiry almost immediately and arranged an appointment for an estimate the same day. Matthew's employee, Phil, arrived on time with all necessary supplies. He took plenty of time to protect all surfaces from any mishaps and was meticulous in preparing the paint areas as well as the actual painting itself. Matthew was masterful in matching cabinet stain color to repair damaged areas on my kitchen cabinets. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is top notch.

Zak and his crew are amazing!! They left not even 30 minutes ago and I'm already posting a review with before & after photos. I'm extremely pleased with how my doors & door jambs came out. His crew was punctual, friendly, and very professional. Also, this is a house that hasn't been painted since moving in 25 years ago. Once I replace all the 90s gold accents with black ones it'll look perfect. To me, it feels like a new home.

I can't say enough good things about Zak and his crew(s)!! He has done two jobs for me in the last year, security gates and a ceiling that had water damage. Both times they performed beyond my expectations. Zak is responsive, reliable (not easy to find in Bakersfield) and the price for both jobs were very reasonable. His crew(s) are punctual, polite, professional. They get the job done and then clean up the mess afterwards.

An extremely positive experience from beginning to end. From the very first text to request a quote, Zak Bolton's attention to detail and caring demeanor was a constant throughout the entire job. Our house had recently been replumbed leaving us with several areas of unfinished drywall that needed to be sanded, primed and painted. Zak was able to match all colors and finishes perfectly and the final product is a house with pristine walls. Frank, the painter, worked quickly and neatly, and made sure each step of the process was to our liking. I realize our job was a small one, but it was clear we were still given Zak's complete attention in making sure we were satisfied with the job. Thank you, Bolton Painting. Zak and his crew were awesome! They made our house look new. We had light oak cabinets and an orangey beige wall color. Instead of staining the cabinets they sanded them and painted those a dark brown color to resemble a stain, but at a much lower cost. They also painted the front door, both bathroom cabinets grey as well as our living room and common area walls.

The crew was there everyday and on time, they worked day in and day out until the job was done and Zak was spot on with his timeline. Zak was incredibly helpful as this was the first remodel my wife and I had done, so we relied on his expertise quite a bit. They also were very reasonable in price but most importantly they did quality work and our house looks brand new. I'm sure there are times when you remodel a house and you have buyers remorse but a month after the job is finished we are so happy that we did this. I would highly recommend Bolton painting for any paint or refinishing type job.

It's been about 7 months since we had Bolton Painting paint our two houses, and a detached garage. They did an EXCELLENT job! They were very professional, took their time, repairing and replacing some wood that needed fixing, patched where it needed patching , scraped off the old paint where needed, etc. We were very happy with them. Neighbors have commented when walking by, at how nice the houses look. I highly recommend Bolton Painting!

We are currently in the process of remodeling our home, and Bolton Painting offered us a very competitive quote to paint our four bedrooms. Zak was kind enough to bring over samples that fit our desired palette -- because, though we knew what color family we wanted, it was extremely helpful to have a professional narrow it down to a handful of appropriate and beautiful choices.

On the day of, the process was very clean and fast, and the results were lovely and certainly a substantial improvement from the ugly and dated yellow paint that we had to endure since the move-in. Zak and his crew are very friendly and considerate when working in our home, and they are extremely punctual. They show up exactly at the time promised, unlike other companies that may employ that 15 minute grace period. In addition, they were very accommodating when the master bedroom required some touch-ups after the carpet installation.

Overall, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Zak and the rest of the Boltom team. We look forward to having them do the rest of the house as we further remodel it.
