      Since my husband & I wasn't dressed for the town. They refused to help us.
      They lost a lot of business from us & future business. I buy new furniture every year.

      Bought furniture less than 2 years ago. 2 slats on bed broke. 5 days ago I made a claim with warranty co I purchased through them. Guardian doesn't respond to any emails and you are put on hold with no one ever actually answering phone calls. I reached out to Bobs who keep telling me Guardian isn't getting back to customers for 14 business days. Well since they don't even answer the phone I doubt I will ever hear from them. Never again. Beware. Shop elsewhere.

      Couch looks great but absolutely terrible quality. Zippers on the cushions busted after 1 year. The armrests are very uncomfortable literally like resting on a 2x4. Seam also busted in a back rest so the stuffing is falling out. Waste of money.

      Pretty nice looking furniture...too much salesman interaction. Felt same pressure as a car dealership. Annoying.

      I cant even give this store a star but have to so I can post this review but I'm giving this place ZERO STARS. This is the WORST furniture store in the world!! Beautiful pieces but they're all garbage! I bought a nice 3 piece coffee table with side tables spent $1300 on the whole set. I have 3 kids so I spent Extra for their "goof proof" warranty. The furniture had a peel and the claim was denied because that scratch does not cover the scratch. the goof proof covers NOTHING if we're being honest. the Furniture is falling apart and it's been less than a year and there's nothing they can do about it.. DO NOT buy from this furniture store. Go to Ashley's and Raymour and Flannigan. they're a tad bit pricey but you're paying for quality and Bob's doesn't have quality, nice sales reps but horrible furniture!!!!

      So when it came to the store. It was clean and there was a tone of furniture, kitchen sets, living room sets and bedroom sets. Or you can get individual items. The less expensive stuff is a little cheaper made but still very nice. The sales team is excellent and they are nice and go above and beyond to help not only make a sale but to make sure everything after goes well.

      Delivery and installation is where things went wrong. Tabel and chair's had been delivered with a little damage, the table was put to gather wrong so the legs were super shakey and they left wood staples hanging from the bottom of the table.

      Now the Bob's way is that if anything is done wrong or damaged they will come fix it. So we set a date and time and the only time they had was 5 days later so I was left with a shakey tabel that had metal sticking out. I have a wife and kids I now had to inform couldn't sit at our new table.

      On the day to arrive they were 2hrs late and I had to go to work and reschedule. I did inform the customer service of this and that I was very upset. The soonest they could reschedule for was a week later. So another week before we could use our new dining room table.

      Finaly the service guy came on time fixed everything made the tabel look good and work the way it should.

      So I called customer service to see if they would remove the $69 delivery and installation charges well no I had received a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience and $25 giftcard for the service tech missing his time. So I will just deal with this and apply these cards to my credit card and they say no it's only good for in store purchases the stuff at this store on the cheap side is none existence. I tried to explain the delivery and installation was what caused so many problems so I didn't think I should have to pay for it but they kept saying this is there policy.

      With this being said I say if u are picking up something go there and pick it up. If u need it to be delivered go somewhere else. There are other furniture places.

      So here's the deal...we spent about $6k on multiple bedrooms sets and a sectional for our new home, everything seemed great and we added on the additional protection plan.

      About 2 weeks ago I sat on the end of the chaise, and I guess I sat down too hard because I heard a crack (I am only 180 lbs). I felt around and realized the support beam to the chaise on the sectional had cracked. I thought, no big deal, this is why we purchased goof proof! So we can only to have our claim DENIED! They stated that the damage is only accidental damage, and I inteded to sit on the couch so it does not qualify. So, if I told them I was running by the couch, tripped and fell in it, it would be covered...but just because I sat down to hard, it is not covered. It is still an accident that it broke but somehow they won't cover it.

      We told them obviously we are going to look for a new one so even if they would work with us and give us a discount on a new one we would still come to them, no dice. So now we will just go somewhere else and buy furniture from them. They lost a loayl customer who will be sure to share this story.

      They are AWFUL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND 100% TO NOT PAY FOR GOOF PROOF PLAN, IT IS A SCAM!

      Purchased living room furniture in July. Was told it would be delivered in August, then delayed till September. Wasn't delivered until late October! Love seat had a broken arm and chair had flaw in fabric. Sent a technician out in November to verify. They reordered those 2 pieces to replace but couldn't get till February. Called today to find out when to expect delivery and was told it won't be until April! Also purchased a dining room set that was delivered with a broken leaf and chair. Took several months to get that replaced! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BOBS!

      If I could give them a zero I would... Not only did I order my furniture in June just to have r to have to wait til mid October! But when it was delivered they threw the boxes on the ground so that everything was broken!! Which meant I had to an extra three weeks for it then on top of that I went to order a bed and box sprint set that was on sale 149.99 because I had credit left in my account they said and I quote "That they was going to deliver the items with the rest of my items... as a courtesy! And none of it was delivered so when I called Bobs back apparently none of it was written down! I will never use this place again they are horrible and there customer service is a disgrace !!!

      We bought A King size bed set and few other things . We regret getting it . The night stand has tiny holes on the wood . I called the sales person and she never answered my call . Found out later not working there anymore . Contacted the store but they do nothing accept give you another no to calll . That no has a 20-30 minute wait they sometimes prompt a call back but never did . After several attempts got the technician to come and take a look . He took several pictures and told us to call a no . Well after waiting for 30 long minutes a representative came on the phone asked me questions as if he had no reference in front of him i explained to him that's the reason the technician came and he must have provided all the important information. This gentleman says he wants to double check as to what the actual problem is was offering me store credit i refused and he then started looking for time frames as to when the furniture s were bought . He is forgetting there was this pandemic. But besides that i got a goof proof protection and Now they are saying will file a claim
      And then i have to call again and ask the verdict . Bullshit . I would prefer Raymour and flaningan as they handled their furniture defects and exchange in a much better way . The store manger took care of it unlike Bob's where i have to go from pillar to post and still will have to call again . Please save your time and money and avoid this store .

      I ordered furniture July 4th. They delivered it in pieces over several months. When the pieces arrived, they were defective, which is interesting because the furniture is expensive. They finally deliver the last piece of furniture on 10/8, and not shocking that it was also defective. When you reach out to inform them, you have to suffer waiting for them to send a service tech to fix it. It's really incredible that this store is still in business. I ended up furnishing the rest of my home with Raymour Flannigan. Their prices are reasonable, they are professional, they deliver in a timely manner, and when your furniture arrives, it is NOT defective!
