Great Patio along the Everett Marina!
They have delicious cocktail and food options. The Nordic Fire is my go to cocktail. The black salt rim and spicy kick pair perfectly. The Hot Shot with the cucumber and Jalapeño is another great pick. Refreshing and spicy!
We ordered the Firecracker shrimp for the first time and it was amazing. The sauce spicy and delicious! It came with kale and quinoa and ate it all to get the most of that sauce!
Our server was friendly, and guests were kind and open to us joining at the picnic table with them so we could enjoy the sun!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mar 3, 2024Updated review15 check-ins
In short
Amazing location, fantastic drinks, solid food choices, and the best bartender for miles around up here.
In long
We've been coming in for years for occasional cocktails. We have wine far more often than cocktails, and this has usually been the spot when we want something with spirits.
Like I said below, it's a pretty great location near but not on the water. You're not quite directly watching the waves, but you get fresh salty air and some awesome dramatic clouds sometimes. The inside and outside seating are both fantastic, so you're good no matter the weather.
We often come in for after-dinner drinks, so I can say only so much about the entrées and desserts, but the snacks here are great. Popcorn, bread, charcuterie. We've had dinner a couple times and it was fine, though it's not really the big draw.
The big draw is definitely the bar program. Their house cocktails are interesting; I almost always start with a Cedar Gimlet, which is bright and acidic and extra-refreshing thanks to the lively woodsy notes. They literally garnish with a little sprig of cedar.
Even more than the house cocktails, though, the bartenders' creative flair brings each session to life here. Vanessa in particular is sensational. She knows mixology cold and has fantastic taste--we've chatted with her many times about food and bev and clearly she's tried everything and knows how to blend flavors and textures and temperatures.
When she has time between orders, we always ask for open-ended drinks where she can fill in the details. Something with this spirit, maybe this garnish, that flavor. She can work off that and come up with something on the spot. Most of the other bartenders have this skill, too! She seems to be the Jedi master most of the time, where if they're getting close with an idea she can nudge it over the finish line by suggesting another touch they can add.
We often end up sitting through 3-4 rounds here just to work through all the different ideas she comes up with. If she has been toying with an idea before we arrive, we happily volunteer to be the guinea pigs. She always makes every visit such a treat.

Tom - Thank you for this thoughtful review. We're so glad you had a chance to visit! :)
Jul 22, 2018Previous reviewIf you dig craft cocktails, this seems like it is probably the best game in town up here. They really have a wide variety of house specialties, with tons of unexpected ingredients and garnishes. The food looks incredible, and the setting is gorgeous.
First off--you can't quite see the water here, but the salt breezes come straight across the patio and make for a very refreshing ambiance. On nice summer days, the combination of cocktails and fresh air are wonderful.
They make a bunch of gins and vodkas--lots of infusions--on site. The quality seems just great, though we didn't try anything neat. All cocktails this visit.
For a beer drinker like me, fancy cocktails seem highly priced and under-boosted by the time they show up on the table. There's so much other stuff in the glass that you're paying more for the recipe and execution than you are for getting any kind of relaxing tingle from the hooch itself. In fact, you tend to get a dull ache in your head from the sugar before you feel any kick. It's a very civilized way to relax and not worry too much about having too much, but if you want to unwind from a long work week and not break the bank, craft cocktails are not the way to go.
Having said that, even if you tend to order elsewhere from the drink menu usually, these guys are a fantastic change of pace. We tried a margarita made with aquavit as well as mezcal and a ghost pepper tincture ("Nordic Fire") that was excellent. The "Cedar Gimlet"--which includes an actual fresh green sprig of cedar on top--was the drink of the day. Everything else we tried (6 cocktails in total) was good. 6 drinks left both of us not feeling buzzed and set us back back $83 after tip.
The menu lists all kinds of seafood and landfood in both small plate and entree form. Everything seemed to have interesting twists to the recipe, and sounded like they picked ingredients well--from what you can tell on the page. We were still full from lunch or we would have been all over the food.
The setting is a nice new-warehouse space. They put up these port buildings not too long ago, and the distillery has built comfortable seating from industrial-looking materials. There's plenty of elbow room, a decent-sized patio, and two big dining rooms/bars inside. You can bring a ton of people here for food and drink and everybody should be happy--there's draft beer, a decent wine list, and a full bar of spirits from all over. I'll definitely be back for drinks, food, or both. Especially on sunny days. - 77108251Jul 30, 2023
I bring all my friends here when they come to visit Everett. Cocktails and food has never disappointed us! So many great choices and the outdoor seating is perfect.
Favorite drinks I have repeatedly ordered: Halcyon Days; Teatotaler; Manifest
Food recs: Breads and spreads; Rustic mac; and the burger(!!) (if they bring it back on the menu)

Good and friendly service, blah food and bad drink, still trying to resolve being overcharged about $175.
A group of us asked for and paid on separate checks. I noticed on my cc statement that I had been charged for everyone's food and drink! I sent an email and didn't get a response. I called last week and left a message. Someone called me back, was unapologetic and said they'd look into it and call me the next day. They didn't. I will need to call again.
Food had little flavor and was overpriced. I rarely drink, so I could tell that they must have forgotten to put alcohol in the first drink. It was a mojito that, instead of being made with fresh mint and a little sugar, had a mint leaf as garnish and was made with sweet and sour mix, which was disgusting. Ordered a second drink that had the normal amount of alcohol. Shocked at the cost. At those prices, we all expected great food and drinks. Add to that disappointment that I was charged well over two hundred dollars for an appetizer and two drinks.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 14, 2023
Came by at 7:30 pm with my friend on Saturday, the place was packed! The weather was hot and beautiful out, the restaurant has outside seating.
We ordered Nautical mute and it was really refreshing great flavor not overwhelming taste of ginger beer. The waitress said they make Vodka that is organic. We really liked it.
There's other cocktails on the menu I'd like to try in the future.
The food menu was not long at all in fact we had a hard time deciding because of it. Ended up ordering hummus and it was delicious. Hummus didn't taste like the store sold one at all more of home made kind of flavor. Very simple. I really liked it too. I just hoped they include crackers or pita bread with instead of just roasted vegetables.
The ambiance was great with different type of seatings with upbeat music. The service overall was ok.

Waited about 40 minutes for a table when there were empty spots available and it wasn't really that crowded. Then the service continued to be slow, slow, slow.
We ordered mac and cheese, a bread and spreads platter, and a charcuterie board. The food was okay and was way overpriced for what was delivered.
Glad I checked out another place in Everett, but feel absolutely no desire to return.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 1, 2023
Does this look like a 70.00 dinner? 3 tacos, 1 lemoncello drop and one beer=70.00! The waitress was eh, not too friendly, and it was cold and she claimed the outside fireplace would just go out if we lit it. We bugged her 3-4 times before she annoyingly turned it on . It never "went out". She put a 20% tip for herself on the bill, ( even though we were only a party of 4) so that's why she had a "why bother" attitude. The tacos tasted good , but NOT worth 70.00 total bill.

Food 5/5
Ambiance 4/5
Drinks 4/5
Service 2/5
Kinda sad, but we won't be back.
FYI**Mandatory 20% gratuity no matter the party size** even if your service is shit, I think that's why they don't really care how long you wait or how well the service is. It's kinda sad.
Full disclosure, we had 2 drinks each and shared 3 appetizers and it was $122 including mandatory tip.
We waited 15 mins to be sat outside and were asked if we wanted to sit at a long bench (normally for 8 guest) but if so, we had to share it. We shared with 4 other people whom were asked roughly 5 minutes after they sat with us if they wanted to move to 1 of 2 open fire tables, they said yes and proceeded to move. However, we were never asked if we wanted to sit at the other fire table which I thought was kind of rude.
I wouldn't recommend this place unless they make a few changes.
Y'all can do better.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Missy P.Denver, CO07Aug 23, 2024

Bread, butter and spread were delicious. My fiancè and I detected small pieces of bacon in the house spread-- yum! Fish tacos were perfectly cooked, flaky and seasoned well. Purple cabbage slaw was lightly dressed with subtle heat.
**A note on the table indicated they take 20 percent gratuity on every check. Not a huge fan of this when service/food is lacking. Fortunately the food was great here. Service was just okay.
