Bluegrass Veterinary Clinic

I had commented earlier about how the front desk was not customer friendly. Since then the owner made some public comments which I feel contribute to my assessment. She actually called me a disparaging name in a public comment. I find this totally unacceptable for anyone in a service industry. If you are looking for a veterinarian clinic to bring your pets to, consider the other local folks in town. You will be pleased you did.

We've been taking our pets to Dr. Edds and her wonderful staff for 3 years. We have nothing but praise for her and her clinic.

We highly recommend Bluegrass Vet Clinic for your pet's needs. Dr. Edds and her staff will make sure your babies receive the very best care possible. Some of the care Dr. Edds and staff have provided for us over the years includes teeth cleaning and extractions, abscess in the throat, cancer of the throat, possible luxating patella, injury to the canine cruciate ligament, and possible paralysis of the larynx. We were very pleased with the way they handled every problem our pets have ever had.

If you bring your pets to Bluegrass you can count on the staff to take care of them as if they were their very own. And you will be treated with kindness and compassion. I wouldn't consider taking my pets any where else. We consider Bluegrass Veterinary Clinic to be one of the best.

Best Veterinary Clinic in Sparta!

We took our pug, Ms. Vivian, to see Kristin Edds since they opened. The level of care and service to each patient is incredible! The staff is always smiling and friendly.

I was really impressed with how high tech this clinic is. They were able to take x rays and tests with immediate results. This was really helpful due to the severe chronic problems we're having with our 12-year-old pug. We were able to get her health back up to prolong her life by a few more months.

Eventually, after doing everything we could, she reached a point where her quality of life declined to a level that the only humane thing to do was to have her put to sleep. After 12 years with a pet, they are like family. This clinic understands that and that's why they set up a really nice private room in the back with separate entrance for these procedures. Within a few days, we received a card in the mail signed from everyone at the clinic sending their condolences.

It'll probably be a while before we get another pet, but if we do, the only place we'll take it is to Bluegrass Veterinary Clinic, LLC. They have an unbeatable service, truly care, very reasonable prices and veteran-owned.
