WORST COMPANY EVER

We have needed our elevator serviced for months. This company is supposed to service our area, and it took forever to finally send out a tech. The tech stayed for over 2-3 hours, and he could not figure out what was wrong with our elevator. Cost us $250. He told us to call an electrician to see if power was getting to it. So we had to get an electrician out here (another $63). Nothing wrong with power. So we have tried to get the tech to come back out to verify what the problem was. He said it was either a motherboard had went out or something to do with voltage. It has been almost a month, and he refuses to send someone here. All he says is he is booked 3 weeks out AND refuses to put us on the schedule!
Called another company on Friday. They came out first thing Monday morning!!! Figured out the issue in FIVE MINUTES! Spent 30 more minutes going over the rest of the elevator to make sure there were no other problems.
I do NOT recommend this company at all.

You can trust this company. Totally honest and reputable. Would not hesitate to use them again.
