Hello, I read on some websites and they said you have complimentary appetizers for 7 stars?

11/18/2016I have enjoyed a lot of $50 pieces of meat so I would consider myself a well travelled foodie. This was good but I have tasted better.
When we pointed out that our meat was over cooked to our waitress, she said she was going to tell the manager. Manager never showed up.
Disappointed. - Gary K.Hakalau, HI311
8/22/2021Service was very good and the staff was on point. The presentation of our dishes was set perfect. Ambience was nice and staff were dressed well and know their job well. My aged NY steak that I ordered medium was just a tad bit overcooked, I normally order medium rare and always get to more rare then I really want it. If it wasn't for the slightly over cooked steak it would have gotten 5 stars.

4/2/2021My wife and I go here every time we visit Vegas. The steaks are hands down one of the best I've had. The sides are also amazing. Also, the environment and atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect and the service from the staff is exactly what I would expect.

3/27/2020This review is for a visit in January 2020 during CES and has nothing to do with the current closure.
I've been to a number of steakhouses on the strip in recent years due to business and personal trips. This was my first to BLT Steak and it will most likely be the last. The experience was average and the food was lacking. In the end, I did eat all of my food (except some bits of the steak) so I didn't complain or send anything back. We paid the bill and left. We'll go somewhere else next time.
I ordered a steak from the daily special menu. Maybe that was a mistake, but usually, the daily recommendations are better choices as the chefs are freshly prepped on the offerings and in some cases, there are special cuts of meat. The presentation on the plate was downright boring (see picture). A dob of herb butter on top and two grilled tomatoes on the side. It just didn't meet my expectations for a casino's flagship steakhouse.
My steak was cooked as I requested (med.rare) but looked like it barely saw a grill or the grill was not hot enough as the char marks were less than pronounced. The flavor was notably lacking. I didn't order it without seasoning, but that's how it tasted. Most annoying for me though was the amount of fat and gristle in the steak. I enjoy steak. I typically order a cut without a bone and leave nothing left on my plate. Given the restaurant status and the price, I shouldn't be cutting out anything and leaving it on the plate. I don't even do that at my local chain steakhouse on a $15 steak let alone here on a $50 steak.
The baked potato was meh. It arrived as an uncut brown thing on a plate. The presentation would have been better if the potato had at least been cut open. I'm not sure what the little piece of paper was under it. Weird. I'm a person that also eats all of my potato, including the skin. This potato was like many things in this visit, average at best. I recall it being not-fresh in texture and the skin tough.
The positives on the night: the pre-dinner rolls and the side plate of potato toppings. The rolls are worth $10 alone as an appetizer, but thankfully they are complimentary for the table. The side plate of potato toppings was top-notch and looked great. - 1290272715413
12/17/2019I met two good friends from out of town at BLT for dinner and conversation. There was definite conversation. We sat down at 6 PM and left about 10:15 as they were counting the money in the register at the bar. I'm sure they would have asked us to leave soon if we hadn't.
After ordering drinks, we ordered the meal. I got the surf and turf special--a petite filet and small lobster tail. My two friends each got the 22 ounce ribeye. Two of us also ordered the squash soup to start. The soup was quite rich with crème Anglaise and some pepitas which made for a good texture. As our soup was delivered, our server brought out a charcuterie board with three pieces of each meat, a board with duck paté and toast points, and some cheese bread with bacon toppings. We started to fill up early.
Each of us ordered a side--creamed spinach, onion rings, and truffle mashed potatoes. The spinach was OK but needed some salt for my taste. The onion rings were standard. The truffle mashed potatoes were a failure. There was just too much truffle oil that even changed the color a lot. It made for an unappetizing looking side. The three of us liked our steaks and they were cooked the way we ordered.
For dessert, two of us got the peanut butter chocolate mousse with banana ice cream. The dessert was very rich but oh so good!
Service was very good. Our water and my iced tea were always filled, and the one person who got coffee got several refills as we chatted. The only glitch was a mixup in checks. Initially, we were charged for the bill for another table. When brought to the attention of our server, that was taken care of quickly. Definite Strip pricing.
Thanks to the staff for putting up with us staying so late. We had a lot of catching up to do! - 4310650
1/4/2020Updated reviewI was here for dinner in October and December. The October dinner was for a friend's birthday. The entire meal was pretty good. Service was on par as well.
During my most recent stay, I ordered the Wagyu Ribeye... although I really wanted to like it, I was underwhelmed. The seasoning and preparation was just not there. It was a little undercooked for my liking and the amount of fat was a little too much for me. The appetizers and popover was good as usual.
Overall, still one of my favorites... just not impressed this go around.
1/31/2019Previous reviewVisited BLT Steak on 1.24.19. It was a pleasant experience with excellent service. I ordered my go to meal starting with the crab cake appetizer. I followed that up with a 6oz American Wagyu Filet paired with a nice Pinot Noir. My side was mashed potatoes. All in all it was a pretty good steak dinner. It was a bit pricey to me, but that's only because I had pretty much the same meal 2 nights later for half the price. The Wagyu was good... much like the A5 Kobe; I was a little underwhelmed. The crab cake was delicious. Although I'm not a fan of the radish salad. The potatoes were great! The paired wine was excellent as well. Again, the service was impeccable. Attentive without being intrusive...

12/6/2019Came for the Sterling Brunch. Here's the basics: it's exactly what's advertised - AYCE seafood, meats and champagne. Food is prepared well for a crowd, but isn't to the level of individually cooked (other than the lobster omelette station).
The lobster is broiled and because it's popular it comes out quick. The tails are pre-cut to make it easy for everyone. Drawn butter is available.
Sides are in their own dishes, which competes for space on a plate, but who cares? Go back for what you want.
The prime rib was spectacular. So was the pork belly. Fresh asparagus is one of my favorite things and was cooked perfectly.
Service is as attentive as you'd expect for this price point - nothing I asked for was denied, including coffee (which is NOT out - you have to ask).
Desserts are in a separate location and easy to miss, but again, incredibly high quality.
Would I do it once? Yes. Would I do it again? No. I'd rather have something I order and made for me. - 120337908
1/29/2020I never would've imagined I'd find a great steak haunt buried in the back of Bally's Hotel & Casino! But I did. Well, actually, a friend of mine did and took me there. What does BLT stand for? I don't know. Definitely not bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
Both food and service were really excellent.
As Diamond Total Rewards guests, we got some complimentary charcuterie. Included some italian meat cuts, cheesy garlic break, and a pate with french bread.
Then appetizers of chopped salad and crab cake. Both were great! You may say, "what's the big deal about chopped salad"? Well, I say it was freaking good. Same with the crab.
Bread with the meal was a puffed pastry with whipped butter on the side. Oh and some salt, which really brings out the butter flavor even more.
This melts in your mouth!
Dinner were short ribs and filet mignon. Mignon was soft like butter. Ribs were scrumptiously rich and a huge portion. Sides of mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Mushroom side was not great.
Didn't order dessert but they still gave some sweets to settle your tummy. A little fudge square (rich as heck) and some fruit candied lollipops.
It was a bit pricey, but it IS Las Vegas after all. Expect to spend $100/person. - 23203800
2/13/2020This restaurant was recommended by some dear friends who are Foodies so we knew it was going to be top notch. We made a reservation. And we're seated promptly in a wonderful spot that overlooked the restaurant and bar area. This is a truly beautiful restaurant, well setup and nicely decorated. It feels like an upscale version of a vintage Steakhouse.
The service was top-notch and we were taken care of beyond our expectations.
The menu was extensive and had lots of choices for everyone. The food was absolutely to die for. Everything was perfect. Well seasoned, well-prepared, high-quality ingredients. The bartender crafted beautiful cocktails for us as well.
The overall experience was just the best and I can't think of a single thing I would change. Next time we are back in Vegas, we will definitely be here again. - 189915617086
8/25/2019Updated reviewIn the past, I truly enjoyed dining here as well as the Hawaii location but on 8/24/19 I had the worst experience ever. Keep in mind this is not a one or two $ symbol. With that said, I do expect exceptional service which our server did not deliver.
First choice of dining was Gordon Ramsey and Nobu but unfortunately they were all committed so since I originally had a great experience here, I decided to return here.
We were a party of 3. When we arrived no one was at the front podium. We waited for about 5 minutes and finally a female started running to the front to greet us. She said it would take another 5 minutes to seat us. Eventually a couple more hosts walked up to the front.
Our server greeted us a few minutes later and distributed our menus to us. He asked what kind of water we wanted; Pellegrino, Tap or Fiji. We said "option B" aka Tap and he says Fiji? He kind of gave us a little smirk.
Food:
*Smoked Bacon with Chimichurri Sauce
*Tuna Tartare
*22 OZ Cowboy Rib Eye with Bone Marrow and Roasted Garlic
*8 OZ Filet Mignon
*Sauteed Dover Sole
*French Fries
*Bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir
Complimentary popovers, charcuterie board, Duck Liver Pate and another dish that tasted like pizza. All were good and thank you for these tasters.
Our waters were never filled. I had to ask a few times.
Next, we ordered a bottle of wine and our food. He then says, they were out of Wagyu and something else. Which is fine. We ordered the 2 lb lobster and a couple of steaks. He then returned and told us they ran out of lobster so we needed to pick another dish which we did.
In addition to our order my friend asked for blue cheese for his steak.
The food was then delivered and NO Blue Cheese given. He asked the server again which he responded with give me a minute and when he brought it, it was damn dressing. Errr, we had to ask someone else to get blue cheese. Finally, the blue cheese crumble was given.
As far as the food, the Ahi was delicious. I would not recommend the bacon. That was extremely salty and I love salt. At least the chimichurri offset the salty taste.
The filet was cooked perfectly to my liking. Now, I ordered the Rib Eye Medium temperature. The steak was medium rare. The server never came by to ask how we were doing and if the food was to our liking. So since I couldn't locate him, i asked a female who was next to our table and luckily she was one of the managers on the floor. She apologized and said yes it was medium rare and would give us a complimentary dessert and champagne. Nothing was delivered to us so whatever.
The server did not apologize at all for the incorrect cooking of the steak. We finally got our steak back and now the outside of the steak was burnt instead of nicely charred.
What a waste in my opinion.
Overall, my experience was a very negative one. I will no longer recommend BLT. Now I know why BLT had available reservations and Nobu and Gordon Ramsey were fully committed. This place really went downhill.
7/27/2015Previous reviewLast seating at 10:30pm and my date and I arrived at 10:25pm. YAY! Thank you so much for accommodating us at such short notice.
I wanted to eat steak but didn't want to pay for the high priced restaurants in Vegas. Definitely a great choice and moderately priced. (except my wine which was $22 a glass)
Our server did not rush us at all but he was very nice. Located in Bally's Las Vegas, beautiful decor and chill but not so romantic restaurant.
Food:
Complimentary bread with liver spread and complimentary popovers
22 oz bone in rib eye (medium) served with complimentary bone marrow.
Grilled Asparagus
Mashed Potatoes
Complimentary dessert- Chocolate Brownie Bites
The food was all on point. The steak was made exactly how I ordered it and I love the char on the outside. No salt needed.
I can't wait to visit again and try some other dishes.Read more

7/5/2019There were 5 of us to dinner this time. Each time I've been here it is wonderful. I am not sure why the market price for Dover sole ($70) was more than the bone-in ribeye ($65).
All the different salads were great but I'm so glad I shared mine. The Dover was good but for $70 their wasn't much. Since it is a steak house I will definitely order the steak next time.
The biggest reason I like the BLT is the buttered popovers (they even give you the recipe). I could make a meal of it.
Desserts are divine. Let's go back soon!
